yep. Not much chemistry between FL and ML

I saw a wedding in the teaser. Don't know if it is a dream or for real.

The drama is completed. So, no new episodes.

I did not mind about how it ended, intense enough for me, but I wanted to see them married and become emperor and empress.

It has changed quite a lot from the original book - it does not match at all. I actually like the drama version of this story than the novel. Much more interesting. The novel I read was pretty boring.

There is no death camp at all in the novel

I too think that the empress is alive and well and recuperating in that so called place which does not have an exit door according to the doctor.

There was no subject of pregnancy for the princess . The emperor tries to kiss her and that's it - nothing untoward happens in the novel as she remember XisJS. She does get conned by the emperor and eventually gets killed by him.

FS becomes king and has a son with Fu, and XJS also becomes king but his wife dies. That is the best outcome for XJS because there is another secret of XJS. I. don't think the drama is following that.

one does and one doesn't . FS becomes king and so does XJS. But the sister idiot dies in the novel.

Did Liu Yu Ning and Song Zu Er get married in real life? I read some stuff online and wanted to check. A lovely pair for sure.

i did not bother to watch the last 5 episodes and would personally give a 3/10. there should have been character growth for the female lead, but there was not any. So, don't like such writers who think that love, relationships are only a one way street. Even for that matter, friendships are also two way street. There needs to be work done on both sides for anything to work.

On her wedding night, he was called away to discuss stuff. Since he left on the wedding night, the candles that were lit went out saying that they would not have a loving life and grow old together. That is what they believed. It looks like he was a loving husband after that. But since the candles did not burn the entire night, he gave her a night with her later after he realized that she did not have a wedding night where her candles burnt.

The second female is just as toxic as the first female lead. Both are narcissistic and egotistical females. Instead of talking , they just scream at the male leads and assume that they are always in the right and goad out the male leads. Such poor writing.
If this happened in real life, they would be kicked out without a second thought. Making the ML like a doormat does not help the situation that the female leads are playing.

Just the previews. As many have said, there has been not much development in the female characters in this drama. Extreme narcissistic behavior.

Just watch the last episode. Not much substance in any the recent episodes. you can definitely finish all 10 in an hour .

Honestly. Why bother even putting it out and having people talk about it. May be the company has big bucks to pay or redeem themselves. Even though it is an exact copy, it is not as good as "Marry my husband" and the actors were great!!
