I guess they show that in many dramas and I don't think the latest generation is like that anymore. They are well behaved and communicate just like normal human beings instead of being makjang. I have a Korean neighbor, and she is wonderful. So, even Koreans talk about makjang in dramas. Probably to inflate ratings on various dramas. Because normal life is bland and drama is like the spice that makes it tasty.

sorry to disagree with you. But that is not how I interpreted it.
What I saw was that grandma knew and told him that he always believed whatever his mother told him. This is what the translation said
"If your parents said that they would turn water into wine, you would believe that".
TM had no response to that. An educated person know what is what. TM is just dumb. I believe that grandma and her husband Chairman knew about TM parents stealing from various funds and must have been instrumental in educating TM very strictly (probably borders on abuse, in the current era , scheme of things) to make sure that TM would understand and walk a righteous path than believing and treading on the cheating / thieving path.

According to TM, Taeho is doubting TM's parents and it is TM responsibility to protect them. TM is trying to cover up everything that his parents did wrong both to the company, to his uncle, to his grandmother, and that is fine by TM. Is this the kind of person who should be allowed to run a company by any means? I know some might think he got the short end of the stick. But covering up crime does not help.

Why should Taeho not look into his parents death. Why should he
not investigate why he was falsely accused. I don't suppose it is wrong of Taeho to do that. It is his right.

You might have seen just the last part of it - since you were in a hurry, because grandma sent TM away since he was going to cover up TH's parents death too. She wanted him (TM) to do what was right and not what was easy so he can maintain his position.

I was very disappointed with TM when he met grandma and had a conversation with her. His blind faith that he should protect his guilty parents even when others get hurt blew me away. Sorry @Kathyrn. I really dislike TM. He is not a child to believe everything that a parent or anyone tells him. He believed his mother, father and Beom. It was as if they never did any wrong. But as soon as he saw something fishy about the foundation, he was ready to ship Taeho to the slammer. What a joke of a chairman.

same here. Since I live in the same time zone as you. Some times before work, I will check out Youtube for all the snippets, and kbs site for the preview . But Kocowa must be really have huge problems since they have not corrected it for more than 2 days.

Also, every other site gets their subs from kocowa. (exception - amazon, and netflix)

Don't know what the problems with kocowa is, but the episodes are not getting subbed. So, don't think any would get subbed over the weekend either. So, a good rest for all until this is corrected. I guess Amazon and Netflix would not have any issues.

I think this was a business marriage. Looks like DJ needs power to bring SR to her knees. What better way than to marry the head of the household. Hope it does not go too far from there. ( in terms of marriage)
