(just caught up with eps 5-8)there really is not a single character in this drama I don't relate to in one way…
I read the manga, and it does depict more about Kasuga is actually a very observant and sensible character in the most unique way to respect others' choice without offending anyone. I kinda understand why Nomoto-san fell in love with Kasuga-san because who doesn't :))?

It fascinates me, indeed I think there is a lesson here for all romantic drama writers: a "slice of life" approach…
It's really hard for a slice of life romance (in Lesbian drama) to achieve in the success of Tsukikabe with the slow-burn of romance that doesn't bore the viewers to tears.

Most dramas will include unnecessary dramas or yelling scenes or anything that stirs up the scandalous attentions between the relationship of two women as long as it sparks the discussion amongst viewers.

I hope other writers will take note from Tskukikabe's writer when they write a script about Lesbian's love, we ain't need another movie with two women cheating behind their husbands anymore.
I'm glad I live long enough to watch one of the most heartwarming stories about Lesbian's love and their friendship, thoughts, flashbacks, and hardship in their slice of life without extreme drama with a man or being a third wheel or cheating behind their husbands.

and most important, a happy ending that we as Yuri/Lesbian/Girls' Love fans deserve to have since millions years ago!

I hope this will be aired in Netflix and have more seasons coming up!
