It's about the company Rainbow Taxi that takes revenge on people's behalf. In the short stories the taxi driver Deke takes the calls for different vengeance scenarios. The underlying plot is him getting his own revenge. It's very dark and violent.

Same. Can someone who's read the manhwa let us know why horror is included in the genre tags?
The manhwa "Red Cage" is listed as Action/Horror/Drama. I think the horror tag comes from the graphic violence and gore shown in every chapter (I read it).

The show is based on the manhwa "Red Cage" which is a pretty good read. The different stories are well-made but really also disturbing. It's very graphic, gory and revenge (not moral) is the main topic.
