And basically, we don't only recognize the bad from the good from their faces, but also behaviors. If you pay more attention to the behaviors of characters, you know who is bad, who is good, who is hasitate and will change to be good.

It is not “I’m not going to be with you because you’re going to get hurt, so I’m not gonna tell you anyway” drama. Are you sure you watch this carefully?
I am on my way to rewatch. Episode 2 is so important, setting the theme and purpose of the story. I especially love the metaphor of nine-layered flowers as the embodiment of FL's core traits (humble, kind, independent, resilient, entrepreneurial, and open-minded). I also love listening to her meaningful conversations with her grandma and the unknown, wise old man. She learned that her purpose in life should go beyond revenge and that she must improve herself to change her fate. What a beautiful drama...
After the ending credit, the old man told the leads' daughter that there is 3 different endings for 3 sequels…
If we have three different endings, I would like it to be an alternative story and happy ending for: - Dou Ming and Wei Ting Yu - Miao Ansu and whoever the man she would end up with - Ji Yong and whoever the woman he would end up with
In the first life, SM is joining Prince Qing. In the second life, SM is loyal to the emperor. In the first life,…
It’s meant to raise the stakes, laying the foundation for a powerful climactic moment in the final phase of the story. The payoff will be great, I believe.
way too many villains and schemers to the point where it's lowkey draining me, why would you need the entire world…
In the first life, SM is joining Prince Qing. In the second life, SM is loyal to the emperor. In the first life, Prince Qing betrays and kills him. In the second life, SM becomes the emperor's trusted weapon to protect the Crown Prince and is highly likely to be killed, too. He is a powerful military general and is fought over by both parties. But whoever he chooses, the end might be bad for him. Fortunately, he has DZ, who loves him and will help him navigate the dire situation. That is the point of this drama.
Yes we have another woman making poor judgment and has the mentality that "I can change him or save him." This…
But that is reality of our life. Some people still choose to be with a jerks because of that kind of bias and false optimism. For me, it make the character of Shou Gu stands out, because she loves Song Mo without losing her brain.
More reason why The Double will forever remain goated in 2024. What nonsense am I watching in this later episode?
I love The Double, but for enjoyment, I prefer Blossom. The Double lies on a questionable ground: how could you become a perfect replacement for a stranger you just meet? The ML is also already so perfect since the beginning. The game of pretense and the outcomes of events are obvious and guaranteed, giving no room for us to wonder about the characters and their fates. And the closing episodes, the wedding is too late, the happiness we want to see is just an epilogue.
Meanwhile in Blossom, you learn the process how FL and ML become who they are. Until the later episodes, you still have mysteries to answer regarding their fates and it is thrilling. And the best things, we got a full episode for the wedding and complete depiction of their happiness, relationship, and unity as husband and wife. For romance enthusiast, this is heavenly! I no longer care about revenge and palace politics stories. I am happy to see how they navigate the situation as soulmates and comrades.
