Extremely sensible and Fair review... Not taking the side as feminism or Girl as a victim keeping them as equal.... Both have their flaws and are the mix of green and Red flags like any normal woman/Man... Once u get in to the story clearly u will find out that u cant sides...
In this story the character growth needed for the FL is more - while moving to the metropolitan city from the city she has grown up , the corporate politics, tangled into multiple affection all these . But wrt ML considering the experience and surrounding, his character growth needed just on the way how he handles women and his toning down his superiority complex.. This has been well captured....
In reality, most of the actual teachers/ bosses in life are arrogant....(not to his level though). Sweet talkings will never happen in the actual corporate world...It is same as women bosses.. Women bosses are considered as the most arrogant creatures...
If we take side on some his positives , People really think that ,it is just because of his looks which is really bad.. why do girls have to be treated as child , if they want to be treated equal. Then they have their equal shares of praise and beatings( not physical though...)
