It depends on how you feel about deliberately toxic relationships (everyone involved in production is clearly aware it's toxic; this isn't a case of accidental toxicity, which can put me right off)

UTC is the current time at a fixed point (Greenwich, ignoring British Summer Time) This time is altered by a number +12 to -12 depending where in the world you are.

So UTC +12 is the eastern most parts of the standard world map and UTC -12 is the western most parts. Very roughly as politics means the lines don't go straight down.

UTC +7 includes Thailand. That is, midday in Greenwich is 7pm in Thailand.

East Coast US is UTC -5, West Coast US is UTC -7, Central European Time (most of Europe) is UTC +1.

So 23:20 UTC +7 is 16:20 UTC, 17:20 UTC +1, 11:20 UTC -5, and 9:20 UTC -7 (In case one of those options is where you live.)

Is this a real thing or a wishlist thing?

Saint probably wouldn't go back to LBC for a million bucks. It wasn't pleasent for him the first time.
