the first kdrama I finished was love in the moonlight
my first cdrama was miss the dragon (lol)
my first jdrama (my first asian drama) was good morning call or ao haru ride (2014)
my first thai drama was f4 (but only watched till ep 13)
my first taiwanese drama (the first one i watched all the way through) was autumn's concerto (i think) or they kiss again. I had started skip beat (live action) ages ago but never made it past ep 1

are you racist or something? Aren't there Asians in American and European tv shows?
no, but in every drama I've seen with foreign actors the acting usually sucks..also they barely ever hire native english speakers for the roles, so it doesn't kinda cringy. an example is in crash landing on you, in switzerland scene where jeong hyeok was playing piano on the lake and the little girl came up to him, she wasn't a native swiss. she was speaking high german first of all and not the swiss german dialect. lol they should've hired me for it. I try not to nitpick but it's a lol moment. or william j spencer in tamra the island. his acting was pretty schlecht at first. it got a bit better..

For anyone hesitant to watch this drama: The male lead is not a chauvinist. Yes, he is an egotistical control…
yeah. I think his strictness as a chef is good, otherwise you will get no where. did he fire the other women just because they're women or/and because their cooking seemed bad
