I actually started ep 1 more than a year ago, but then didn't really get into the story and found out about the ending and only ended up finishing it more than a year later. and I'm glad I did! it's a touching love story, even though since it's a shorter drama, some details weren't shared but I think it's okay

shin myeon? hmm I hated him when I first watched it. especially the way he treats seryeong. After rewatching a few times I still don't like him, but I think I can understand him a bit more.

I think that's how a court works. I mean like, since prince suyang killed all of the good ministers and just left the ones who'll make him king it does make sense that the king will not have much power if none of the ministers are on his side
