this episode was better than the last two, but still waiting for the gay romance to start and not just get the bare minimum.

was episode 3 and 4 written and directed by different people than the first episodes? because what is this garbage? the quality dip is crazy.

Yes he obviously has a low IQ and that's part of he's charm, it's a campy performance and a camp comedic series, the script is a adapted from a highly regarded award wining Japanese series, the problem is not the script but your lack of exposure to diverse types of storytelling. hope that helps.
