The main appeal of this drama for me was the chemistry between the two girls and all the shipping moments. I didn't care for the last episodes it was quite a messy story
Na is embarrassing, dumb and selfish. She put herself in these situations, didn't take accountability for anything and acted like a victim. Leemhai was too damn good for her!! anyways, I just wanna watch Enemies with benefits now 🤸
I guess at the end the story wasn't as deep or thoughtful as I was expecting, it felt a bit flat, it would've been better with a more psychological approach. Good thing there's a NSFW chapter in the novel to enjoy.
This GL was such a breath of fresh air, none of that nonsense clichés or overly melodramatic scenes just for shock value. It's a drama that actually has a well crafted and interesting story that if the romance feels "secondary" I don't even mind. The two women have a beautiful connection, it's not just psychical attraction and that shows with the lack of love scenes (which I don't care at all because when you have a plot you don't need to fill it with slow motion sex).
I honestly didn't care much about Mind, I don't hate her and I don't care about her redemption arc or whatever.
The directing is so high quality, you can tell there's a lot of Korean drama inspiration. Overall, I'm grateful GL are getting treated just like any other type of drama, I hope for more high quality stories and well built up relationships that don't resort to cheap conflict.
I watched 3 episodes – and I'm incredibly disappointed. The characters have no depth whatsoever, the cinematography looks amateur at best. The story reads like a fanfiction, the action scenes are just poorly made. I don't know what the show is trying to say or tell me because it doesn't transmit anything. I'm sad to see so many GL fans conforming on something so cheap, LingOrm is extremely popular and they (and their fans) deserve a better product than this.
when I was halfway through the film I thought it was okay, nothing worth of 5 stars. but the third act destroyed me. and a particular scene made me start sobbing. It's a movie that surely stays with you.
If this had more episodes, it would be 10/10 masterpiece. I hope the production company keeps picking these stories that are a breath of fresh air from the other gls..👍
I can't go on knowing there's a TGCF live action done on somebody's computer, someone should illegally release it or make us pay idk 😭 we have the donghua which is amazing but i need thissssssssssss
I'm not a fan of the disney like ending and how they resolved things with magical change of mind which is very lazy writing. Some scenes I found way too dramatic and wished they just ended quickly like the screaming crying is too much for me. 7/10

(the use of music is also really weird cause tell me why there was a suspense song in a love scene??)
