i'm starting to eye scenes from emotional teaser (감성 티저) will appear in ep 11, since short haired kangjae is coming in ep 10 (ending?). omgg this drama is ending nooo :( i want atleast 70min duration next please
i realized that the beginning of this drama was set in early february and ep 9 will be set on march 2nd. from the teasers, it looks like the ending will be on april/may (spring) since they've finished filming in august. i think this drama is meant to be slow-paced like reeeeaallyyy slow. personally, if this drama was fast-paced it would've been weird tbh. i got more invested in the characters since i don't have to know what the hell are they doing in the time skips. it looks like the plot is spicing up starting this weekend and bujeong's pregnancy problems are starting to be disclosed. jungsoo also starting to know about bujeong being not a writer anymore. adding up bujeong's father is starting to lose his memories (pain after pain😭). i remember in the highlight that minjeong said "lie down here beside me" to ddak-yi. endgame perhaps? i think kangjae's hair will be cut this week or at least next week. i don't know but maybe him cutting his hair will be a big change to this drama. or it's a sign he's healing? istg the ending is soooo mysterious add: the writer is obviously disclosing the mysteries in this drama step by step and slowly like peeling a tangerine on purpose to make the viewers confused and stay until the end to be answered, very tricky ah sksksk
"There will be days that I can call good just because there's rest." episode 8 is definitely my favorite episode. the emotions were so intense, that when they smile even just for 1 second i felt so happy, when that ending scene came up i burst out into tears. we get a glimpse of the characters too, including MIL's true feelings, woonam-soongyu's relationship, and the beginning of ddak and minjung's love story. oh and also ahran's other side. it was a rollercoaster ride, but it was worth it. <3 hoping for an 80min duration next since 65mins still feels too short
imagine you are almost someone's mother, but ended up loosing that someone. you want to end your live because you can't handle it anymore. you lost your job, yourself, your everything. you finally found happiness, only to found out that happiness doesn't last long. you found out that your known person's child died, bringing back your miscarriage flashbacks to you. episode 8's ending literally broke me. i never not cried when those mothers loosing their child kind of scenes come up in dramas. not because i am a mother, but because it really breaks me too see that mothers who carried their baby for a few months, but ending up loosing the baby. their happiness was thrown away for a few months, but that loosing happiness doesn't worth a single thing. :(
A masterpiece in every way.... On that songs are killing it. I used to hate FL's mother in law...But now I kinda…
yes! i started to notice her worrying about BJ when she's searching for her (BJ) book publishing company's phone number and visiting the bookstore. MIL might be the type of a parent who worries about their family/children but don't know the right parenting
love how they include the sad background stories of every character. usually kdramas put sad stories to make the antagonist forgivable, while as lost, they put the back stories to show how humans are humans, every human is good and bad, has their own ups and downs in life. no need to forgive that character, just to understand. clever writing!
hotel room scene screams chemistry! though they're actually strangers and have little to no skinship they feel like.. they knew each other for so long, i don't know how to describe it
if the woman who jumps with JW is BJ, then why BJ didn't know that JW died? or probably she thought that JW and cafe hallelujah are different people, mystery mystery
oh or... bujeong just texted JW out of curiosity, but she already knew that JW died. i remember a scene from one of the teasers that BJ was in a hospital bed, is it after the suicide incident or because of her miscarriage?
please mind my grammar, english is not my first language 😅
bujeong not wearing her red scarf in ep 6 preview makes me thinking.... is her red scarf an item that symbolizes her sadness/loneliness? so when she already met kangjae she doesn't wear it anymore, interesting! or is it just spring is coming at that point of time lmao (lost is set in february 2021)
lost's perk is definitely their powerful monologues and dialogues. they're so powerful to the point that i memorized…
my hope for lost is for no unnecessary romance between KJ and BJ, not because they're not a perfect pair but i think that it would've been better if they stay as friends, or more of a special relationship (deep emotional connection something like that) since BJ herself is already married and if BJ cheated then it'll be an affair party 😭
also i think JS and KE doesn't need to do physical adultery as well, because i'd rather lost tells us that seeing a girl many times while you're married + your wife is literally pregnant is already cheating (for me)
back to JS again, i really hate him, his mom, and his colleague, like they're the unlikeable trio. them three are all misogynic and it's very funny when JS said "people will call you misogynic" when he (+his colleague) is misogynic himself💀 i really REALLY want to see their character development, at least them being non-misogynic is already enough, plus being understandable especially JS and his mom. but i do kind of appreciate brings these characters because people like them exist in real life, sadly
other than that, i really love lost's plot, especially BJ-JW-KJ's connection, it really intrigues me!
kinda sad because lost got 1% ratings last night :( competitors are really high in saturdays... i hope tomorrow the ratings will increase to 2/3% tonight!
lost's perk is definitely their powerful monologues and dialogues. they're so powerful to the point that i memorized every line, especially the quote-like ones
i'm a sucker for animated movies and dramas, so yumi's cells got me attached!! i really love the dynamics between the characters and the cells <3 a very cute drama so far!
