Well deciding to cut off ties, give up your dream of music just to avoid someone and choosing to avoid the situation in general just because someone misunderstood your "confession" instead of trying harder to make them understand is also childish. I mean it's not like Jihoon rejected him he is just slow and dense and didn't take it as a love confession.

It is also childish to just cut off ties with a lifelong friend with no explanation. It's not only childish but also very mean and cruel.

It's not like Jihoon did something so terrible that he deserves to be treated that way. He doesn't know what he did wrong he just knows that his best friend suddenly became distant and wants to end their life long friendship. Jihoon has a right to be upset and confused. He also has a right to want to know why.

Not saying that Jihoon reading Ba Woo's journal is right just saying that he's not the only childish one. In fact this all started with Ba Woo's childishness.

I understand that Ba Woo might have been hurt because Jihoon didn't understand his confession and now he has been hurting Jihoon. The only difference is Jihoon didn't hurt Ba Woo on purpose he's just a little slow (dumb) but Ba Woo did hurt Jihoon on purpose which makes him even more childish and worse than Jihoon.

Someone unknowingly hurts you so you decide to purposefully hurt them? Nah that ain't right.

Ok, I understand now where you are coming from and I do agree it was the way Mark behaved more than his actions that did look bad. Even though he has become somewhat more human he still has that vampire in him so doesn't always act appropriately I guess. Not that it excuses his behavior and I agree the atmosphere was awkward. And now that you mention it you are right about how people behave when Nakan hypnotizes them. Don't know why that didn't cross my mind. So it should have been easy for Mark to tell all I can figure he was just worried in that moment and reacted badly which again doesn't excuse his behavior. If he was somehow unsure he could have approached Tonkla gently as I said anyone would be bothered by the way he handled that. I get Mark being worried for Tong' safety but there were better ways. Can't disagree that it comes down to the writing.
I agree 100 percent with what you said about Nakan. He didn't look like someone who could be trusted at all. That's why I still can't understand Tonkla trusting him. You are right you can be mad at your friend but you don't side with the enemy and put yourself in danger. Again the writing lol!! But I am the same as you, I still love this despite the questionable writing and plot holes. Maybe it is the chemistry between Gawin and Joss that is keeping me here but either way I'm here till the end.

How was Mark being a dick to Tonkla from the start of the episode? By excluding him? It's not like Mark or Tong have a choice in that. When they went to see Thara Mark said he was only allowed to bring Tong in because of Thara's orders. I don't think she would have liked it very much if they came in there with Tonkla when Tonkla isn't even supposed to know about any of this. Mark had told Tong from the start they couldn't tell Tonkla because it was dangerous. They only told him what they did because Nakan kept approaching Tonkla and they thought he was already in danger. They couldn't tell Tonkla about their plan with the blood again because it's dangerous. If Tonkla got hypnotized by Nakan he could tell him everything and not only ruin their plan but put Tong as well as Tonkla in danger. For this reason they have to tell Tonkla as little as possible until they know it's completely safe to tell him. As we saw Nakan kept approaching Tonkla even when Tonkla believed Tong and Mark about Nakan so it would have been very easy for Nakan to hypnotize Tonkla to get to Tong.

As far as him checking to see if Tonkla was hypnotized, they were just with Nakan so there was that possibility so of course Mark would check. He wouldn't be doing his job as Tong's bodyguard if he didn't. That really has nothing to do with them playing basketball or what Tong taught him about being friends. At that moment Tong's safety was more important. What if he hadn't checked and Nakan had hypnotized Tonkla and then Tonkla hurt Tong? Better to be safe than sorry. But I will say the way he did it just approaching and grabbing his face like that was not ok. Of course Tonkla was freaked out anyone would be if someone just did that. Mark should have explained first that he needed to check for Tong's safety.

I do agree though that sometimes the writing is ???? And the plot holes....

Ok and why is it that Tonkla thinks he can protect Tong from Vampires? Does Tonkla have any powers to be able to do that? I know he wants to protect his friend but wanting to and being able to are very different. He should know and understand that HE can't protect Tong in this situation. He can't even protect himself (how many times has he been hypnotized and manipulated by Nakan?) He's lucky he hasn't gotten hurt yet by trusting Nakan. Tong is smart enough to know that Tonkla can't protect him so why is Tong supposed to make it easy? Letting Tonkla protect him would be the same as Tong putting Tonkla in danger and risking his life.

Tong is trusting Mark a vampire who has the power and skill to be able to protect him who also has proven to Tong over and over that he will protect him and won't hurt him. Tonkla may not trust Mark but he should at least trust Tong who he has known his whole life rather than trusting Nakan.

Tong is also trying to protect Tonkla as well as himself that's why he doesn't/can't tell Tonkla everything because telling him everything could put them both at risk. So yes Tong keeps saying later but it's for both of their safety.

Tonkla claims to want to protect Tong but wants Tong to put them both in danger by telling him things that is not safe for him to know? If your friend tells you they can't tell you something right then they must have reasons why and a friend should be understanding because we are not entitled to know things that people don't want us to know. Even friends are allowed to have their privacy and tell things only when they feel comfortable telling them. And yes Tonkla can be upset about that but he knows about the vampires. He knows Tong is in danger he should have understood or at least thought that it might not be safe for Tong or even himself if Tong tells him everything.

Well isn't Tonkla asking Tong to trust Nakan who Tonkla doesn't really know? Not to mention the fact that Nakan hypnotized Meena to cut Tong, and tried to strangle and hypnotize him. Does it make any sense for Tonkla to want Tong to trust Nakan?

But Tong is listening to Mark because Mark is the one who has been keeping him safe. Can Tonkla protect Tong from vampires? And Tonkla's more upset/angry because Tong and Mark are keeping things from him so he doesn't trust Mark. But its not that Tong doesn't want to tell Tonkla he has always wanted to tell him and has told Mark that. They can't tell him everything because it is not safe too. If they told Tonkla everything and what their plan is and then he got hypnotized by Nakan then Nakan could make him tell everything he knows and that could put them all in danger. So isn't it safer to not take the risk? Tong did tell Tonkla that he would tell him everything when he could and Tonkla should have trusted that a little more considering the situation that Tong is in and that it might not be safe for Tong to tell him everything. Nakan could also hypnotize Tonkla and make him hurt Tong just like he did with Meena but this is the person that Tonkla chose to trust? I can understand him being upset with Tong and even Mark because he feels excluded but that doesn't mean that he still shouldn't think rationally and not put himself at risk when he knows what Nakan has done to Tong.

Right? I mean I feel like they shouldn't have dragged all the issues out to the last episode and should have resolved it sooner. We should at least be able to see them being together and happy as a couple and not just in the last few minutes. It drives me crazy every time a series/drama does that. This is supposed to be a romance but yet about 95 percent of it so far has been misunderstandings and issues. And when it finally looks like we are getting the romance they go and rip it away again.

This is getting ridiculous now. A break up in the last episode and why? And of course I'm sure at the end of the episode he will go get him back and they will have like a minute maybe 2 together as an actual couple before the show ends. Frustrated and Annoyed is very much how I'm feeling right now.

After Tong told Mark that no matter what anyone says he will trust him, he better not break up with mark because of what Thara says. But I'm sure he will and it's really going to frustrate me.
