They were actually in a relationship and had been for a while she was even called his girlfriend by his brother and sister in law. And also they broke up how could they break up if they weren't even in a relationship. Yes he likes Yan Fei and has for years but he started dating the other girl because Yan Fei had gotten married and he didn't think he would ever see her again. But then Yan Fei comes back into his life and is divorced and his feelings reignite for her, that is why the girlfriend gets mad and jealous and breaks up with him. And he even said they were together and said he was willing to stay with her forever even though he is really in love with Yan Fei that is just wrong. I don't like the way the girlfriend acted she was too controlling most of the time, but for him to offer to stay with her when he doesn't love her and is in love with someone else is wrong too,it isn't fair to the girl or to himself either.

No lol each episode is 1 hour and 10-20 minutes long. I don't know where it was said that the entire series is 1 hour and 20 minutes but that is incorrect.

They start dating in ep 12 and break up in ep 20 they have only aired 22 episodes so far and as of the end of ep 22 they aren't back together yet so will maybe get back together in ep 23.

From what i understand about the novel he is actually in love with Mork just hasn't accepted it yet and they do end up together in the end.

Lol it wasn't the worst drama i've ever watched and there were some cute parts but yeah the girl got on my nerves a lot i guess you could tell lol. But then again the guy wasn't perfect either and made some mistakes but he at least would always apologize when he did wrong instead of making excuses and acting like he didn't do anything wrong. And every time they had an argument he was always the one to apologize and try to work it out even if she was the cause of the argument in the first place. It was both of their first relationship so neither really knew how to have a good relationship or how to handle it.

Well they weren't together yet when she got taken advantage of and scammed. The first time it happened was in the very first episode and they barely even knew each other then, but he still tried to help her when he found out about it. She got scammed twice before they were even together and both times he tried to help her when he found out. After they are together he always protects her.

He likes her at first but she ends up falling for him.

Plus the whole plot of the story is he isn't supposed to be in love or have intimate physical contact because of his heart condition. So that explains the lack of kissing scenes, but again their chemistry is great even without kiss scenes.

I can understand you not enjoying it. To be honest that whole scene with her in it was kind of confusing. It was nice of them to want her to appear and nice of her to appear but they could have made it a little better.

Well she's not his student anymore when they end up together if that helps.

She's not stupid she is just very kind and trusts people too easily so she gets taken advantage of, But it does have a good ending.

Not really the main couple basically just peck on the check the second couple have lip kisses. But even without kisses i still thought the main couple had good chemistry. But that's just my opinion lol.

His heart hadn't had a heartbeat in 10 years since he had the mechanical heart. He explained in one of the other episodes i think ep 23 how the heart works and that it doesn't have a heartbeat like a normal heart. And she told how they fixed him they found a new group of scientists that repaired his mechanical heart based off the research done by Dr. Peer the previous scientist who had worked on his heart. The new scientists were able to repair and fix all problems and glitches with the heart so he can now live a normal life except for having to still charge the heart every day.

I agree because it showed Pi kinda missing Mork when Mork wasn't around.

This was adapted from a webtoon that was made in 2013. So even though this show is out in 2021 the story was written almost 10 years ago. And even though they may have made some small changes when adapting it from a novel or webtoon or whatever they try to keep it as close to the original as possible. Which is why the story doesn't seem like it is from 2021 because it isn't. There was also a Korean adaptation of the same webtoon that came out in 2018 with exactly the same story.
