7/10 maybe 8/10 for story and acting
basis of the drama with teacher in school is quite normal
idea of him being open minded, open for discussion and using reasoning to find solutions is quite nice
it reminded me a bit of kinpachi sensei
BUT
---1 .many(!) characters quite overdrawn or show strange overreactions---
- much hate for small reasons
(a)don't get into class because of other girl => hate her with the energy of 1000suns
(b)don't be most loved teacher because other teacher is more loved => hate him with the energy of 1000suns
- people going totally nuts
(a)insult other guy, get insulted by a girl =>knock her down and hurt her
then "reason" like a lunatic that you don't have to apologize (hey she was just bleeding youknow) but that she has to apologize because she made a fukkin PROMISE!
after that go on and dictate the girl the words she should say in her apology in a "bank robber hold a gun to victims head and dictates police his demands"-style
(b)be a gym teacher and with this of course you are a total hentai nutjob
go totally retarded in front of class because you are jealous of an other teacher
---2. theme is almost entirely "sex"---
with the hardcore fanatic "no"-fractions of
"no sex before marriage" and
"no sex without protection"
"no sex for non-adults"
the story was ok. except the trial at the end - just ridiculous
the students have sex. some already have had multiple partners in their life (14years?). most of them are totally ok if sex is done with contraceptives.
BUT when the teacher has a pregnant girlfriend (yes the starting group knew it was his girlfriend) then it is time for police.. no wait lets do a trial right here and right now... serious?

BUT in the 1980s 1season of Kinpachi-sensei they had trouble with 14year old students being pregnant. now in a series from 2011 they try to make it a problem that an adult with a job (teacher) has his girlfriend pregnant before the marriage. serious? that's worth some housewife-gossip but nothing dirty that is to be put on trial - especially not if the girls asking for a trial have sex too
some might say the students might feel betrayed because they are told to use contraceptives but the teacher Suzuki makes his girlfriend pregnant
