soo i’m currently on e28 and i’m wondering why gu jin fails to recognize that feng yin is a yin, even though they both look the same. can anyone explain?
what confuses me... is they are clearly wealthy... so if they are gonna do the thing where MHOK has an accident…
probably bcs there are a few things to consider, like compatibility which is pretty important. even if they’re wealthy, finding a compatible donor within such a short timeframe can still be difficult, and even if the story went with the “mhok donates his eyes” route there’s still no guarantee they’d actually be compatible with day's. but tbh, this is fiction we’re talking about, so sometimes emotional impact takes priority over strict medical realism and real-world logic lmao
nah i genuinely don’t know what’s up with jeff not telling anyone that babe is going to have an accident, it’s so ridiculous. like if he doesn’t want to reveal his special ability, the least he could do is warn them or at least tell charlie about it? and with charlie, i still can’t tell whether his happy-go-lucky personality is genuine or just a facade. also, am i the only one who feels like we’re getting less and less screentime for the main couple and more screentime for all the events and things happening around them instead?
okay so we got first opening up to sprite in this episode, smiling at him for the first time (?) and actually having a civil conversation because the last five episodes were basically just a mix of “not your business” with “leave me alone,” and then suddenly in the next episode he’s gonna confess AND it looks like they’re gonna kiss. slowburn where exactly? /lh
so mhok was clearly planning to confess his feelings to day but when he took out the sunflower and saw august, he decided to hold back, all while day was telling him that he likes august...
what i don’t understand is why august stepped back too especially if he actually reciprocates day’s feelings. if he doesn’t then i guess it would be understandable, but there’s still no excuse for being THAT damn late to meet up with day? from the next episode preview though we can see him finally showing up at day’s house, so i really can’t wait for the next episode. also, day saying that hydrangeas mean “thanks for understanding and accepting my decision” really makes me wonder if that’s supposed to be some kind of foreshadowing
The constant "not my business/not your business" coming from First every time Sprite tries to approach him is so ... I understand where he's coming from, he was hurt by Zee in the past when attempting to befriend him, but considering Sprite's efforts to rekindle their relationship, he could at least try to open up a little (bare minimum would be not running away when Sprite is near you haha). Well at least I'm glad to know that we'll see some progress in their relationship in the upcoming episode. They NEED more screentime. Just two of them.
am i the only one who wants to see more on day and night and how they will hopefully sort out their indifferences…
I do think Night genuinely cares about Day and is making an effort to assist him as an older brother. However, Day's sudden loss of sight might be influencing his reactions and interactions. I also want the series to explore more about the brothers.
