I think how Sib handled the whole situation was rational. Lol did you somehow expect him to go full berserk on Aoey and gets mad at Gene? Sure I admit I was anticipating he would get mad, but I was wrong. It's that one thing in relationship, trust. He trusts Gene enough to know Gene won't do something like that behind his back, he understands how he will react to what Aoey did, Gene was overwhelmed. And it's called character development. He came out of his shell, went from shy to confident, confident in his relationship with Sib to the point he doesn't want to hide it from their parents :)

Sure, the series makes it seem as if Mork likes him but I don't think Mork likes him, yet. Unless he knew him before that (like 2gether where Sarawat knows and likes Tine since high school) or Pi did something before that made Mork likes him (like Cherry Magic, Adachi to Kurosawa). It's just that, he always sees that one guy when he's hanging out with his friend, it makes him question "Who is he?" And out of that curiosity, he became interested, interested in knowing him, to become his friend. I could be wrong, but at least that's how I interpreted it
Also, about Pi, if he appears to be an easily disliked character, weird enough, I don't dislike him. I simply see him as a cute dork, that has his own (weird) way to deal with things

You see how Aoey tells him that he likes him then tries to kiss him? Surely that kind of thing doesn't happen to him every day. Considering Gene's character, of course he was more than surprised. He didn't know what to do or what to say, he was clearly overwhelmed
Kudos to Gene and Sib for being frank about their relationship, although it wasn't well received. Gene saying that he's gay and none of that cliché line we all know is a breath of fresh air
