There is no need of a season 2. The story ended in a more than perfect manner
thats true, cant argue with that. most shows ive taken a few stars off bcs of the closure/ending that it gave me. thats why i feel satisfied with the ending of move to heaven, but im desperately trying to get more out of the characters since im so emotionally attached now !! T0T
But the cast did an amazing job and the visuals are good too, so why the need to be an anime
that was me after watching one episode, and i was still kinda eh about the cast and visual effects. it did a great job adapting the webtoon as a kdrama, it was only right to do so as the core of the entire show was to immerse the audience in the perspective of the characters. and what better way to do that than have real humans evoke that raw emotion.
but if we're talking visual-wise, considering how good anime has gotten these days (if we ignore the ai slop), it wouldve done an awesome job portraying scenes where its visual efx heavy. though, it wouldve compromised on the humanity and impact of emotional scenes. some pros and cons here and there if it were an anime or kdrama, but both would do a great job since the webtoon's plot is well-written :D
upper floors are pissing me off so bad, but also gave me a wake up call. almost forgot that these characters are not only fiction, but are happening in reality. never forget who the real enemy is and who you are fighting for
found the first half of the episodes to be boring, because why hasn't anyone died yet or has been severely... i mean severely injured? why were they fostering the relationships between the characters? where's my action, thriller, and death at? i know understand why after getting halfway through the second half. it really did pull on my heart strings.
