in the game the ending is entirely different, in the game you have to play stage 8 too and find an anomaly, the ending looks the same as the false ending anomaly where the stairs lead up. So if he entered the staircase downwards he messed up, not because it's a different ending in the game but because he didn't play stage 8 where he has to spot an anomaly.. So perhaps he didn't find the anomaly which was the staircase itself and reentered the loop (even tho he should've died when he went downwards like the guy who also failed at the false ending anomaly)

why is the court lady who tasted the food in ep8 someone else? i miss park jun myun and her vibe..

also thanks for elaborating cuz i did my research and never found anything about a historically notable greenhouse in joseon so i thougth they just made it totally up which is why i made my initial comment first. now i know im wrong and i appreciate learning something new

but as for the puffed rice my message behind my comment was just that they shouldve used other notable inventions koreans made during this era.. as indicating that someone tried to invent puffed rice without (per my research) backed evidence is just bad.. they couldve just left it out and displayed other inventions that would be great for the plot and boost it.. especially as the drama is doing well at the global stage

she def said its the first greenhouse in the world i thougth its an amazing fact i learned just to be disappointed when i tried to research it.. the puffed rice def was an indication that they first invented it especially with her talking abt sugar for making it eatable etc..

ik its not that deep and im not hating but itd be better if theyd use actual facts.. like these things dont matter to the plot and are just straight wrong.. its not like there werent any notable inventions during this time of joseon at all.. they couldve displayed these achievements considering how good the drama does at the global stage

its funny how they try to claim random inventions.. first they claimed the first heated greenhouse was in joseon and now they claim puffed rice was invented in joseon lmao

i hate these joseon historical dramas but i LOHR this one!! im not even into cooking or smth at all lol but the vibe of this drama and the characters are so perfect.. definitely one of the top 2025 dramas

and i like how she is always tastint FLs food and like her reaction i hope they become like allies or something or she helps her someday just because she likes her because of the great food lmao

Park Jun-Myun (court lady?) is such a cool character idk why but i like her vibes and the way she's respected!

yea as said without ryu jun yeol its not good.. jun yeol was so good to represent "Rak" and his backstory.. he simpply has that vibe. the first movie was so good just because of jun yeol not glazing him but its the truth.. second movie feels bland

i liked the drama sm! i cant understand the hate as its another law drama.. its obvious that there wont be a lot of romance.. ppl looking for romance should try beyond the bar.. nevertheless i liked the romance here too! i shipped sang gi and his boss since the earlier episodes and im happy to see such a nice ending. in general, every character and side plot turned out to receive a well ending. i liked the last episodes a lot!

very good movie and its message is very important and clearly above any other movie's message: we shouldnt forget the suffering of those in the past for the sake of profit.. the past is being forgotten and we cant change it - yet it is our responsibility to make sure their suffering wasn't useless..
the current political climate in japan should be observed: the far right is making statements that are incomprehensable and yet they took huge stakes in the recent local elections...

are you slow or just ignorant? yes lets ignore korea's immense growth in industries important for geopolitics: let's ignore SK rising in the defense markets, lets ignore SKs manufacturing industry and its steady growth, lets ignore the poverty reduction recent administrations mastered... there are so many more things - but to summarize i can tell you that the miracle on the han river isnt over but its ongoing - SK is still improving massively. but yeah i am living in a fantasy world and i imagine this growth. or is it just that you are making problems way bigger than they are? on the global stage, does anyone care about thousands of people committing suicide when SK wipes any market it touches? you are living in a fantasy world and cant get rid of that narrative.. you are making problems so big yet you cant see the things that outweight the problems even though they must be right in front of you!

i am talking about the country in general. you picked a certain category and its bad traits on purpose and claim the country is getting worse. yes of course these things (in the eyes of most foreign people who dont understand) are bad and need to be improved. however these things dont mean that korea as a whole is in a worsening state and just going back. as said your statement was biased and not fact based. even if the society and cultural norms get even more extreme - which i doubt as it was like this for a long time - the country isnt worsening but still improving. korea is improving rapidly in many categories on the state and people level and this is a fact proven statement

how are you measuring it? if you claim its getting worse based on what you hear in news and media thats pretty biased and not true

started watching it.. the plot is good but its too sad like not on a brutal level but like actually sad because the plot is pretty realistic and displays the world we are living in.. cant imagine living in the us

drama is definitely being carried by the cast

story isnt unique and ep1 was pretty slow.. only watched for arin and chuu but if chuu gets so small screentime ill drop cuz arin in s line is way better than this flop
