I have watched the unsubbed episodes until 24 and I just wanna say that I would give this story a 10 on a scale of 1-10. I love all the stories and acting even of the minor characters, which is unusual for CDramas. Urgh! I have been watching all the clips and episodes for 4 days now. I need something to tie me up until next week. ???

I kinda agree with you. You've pointed out the part that had been bothering me since the face swap. I would have loved it more if I don't always see Aman's character when I see Chuan. However, I think I also understand why the author chose to use that same face: for her to be recognized by the people who trully knows her. I mean, Chuan's character most definitely wouldn't want to be discovered, but for the purpose of the story, Aman is the best bet. Nobody knows she was the princess' servant since she often went out alone and in disguise. Not even the antagonist knows her. But those who care for the princess and survived will identify her for sure, which will add more line to the story. Sorry, I hope I made sense. ???

He is now my new celebrity crush. I really hope he gets more lead roles. He is a really great actor. He has a wide variety of facial expressions, to that point that you'd feel the emotions he's portraying without speaking. Those eyes and smile are swoon-worthing. ???

I like it a lot as well. I don't mean to spoil but if you've watched until episode episode 10 (the latest one available), a lot of things have happened that will give you the impression that the story won't end well. Sorry. ???

After watching the first few episodes, I have a feeling that this story isn't going to end happily. I guess I'd have to brace my heart for a heartbreaking conclusion.

I read from an article last year that they actually held a competition for the next story. It wasn't widely broadcasted, tho. So most probably, this one was the winner.

Based on the news I read, Netflix has not yet taken it. Although according to that article as well, its release will be first shown in Tencent so if Netflix ever pick it up, it'll be after Tencent. But it's available in WeTV app.

Yeah, I went to WeTV and saw that it's releasing today at 8pm, 3 episodes per day, then 3 advance for VIP users. The synopsis is the same as the old one, but the trailers and snippets are the current.

Couldn't agree more. Imagine, they only had 3 kissing scenes in the whole 20 episodes, and amongst those, only in the 20th one did they passionately do it (correct me if I lost count of the others). I was confused because Cha Eun Woo proved to be an aesthetic kisser (sue me for using that as an adjective) in "Gangnam Beauty". Urgh! No. Chemistry. At. All.

Based on the synopsis and character line up descriptions, I am betting that the story will be somewhat different from the book. The written story is astounding -- I am wondering how much of it will be utilized in the TV adaptation.
