I just finished watching episode 8! Wow... the male lead—a civil service exam candidate turned amateur assassin—is actually quite compelling... really cool!
But I also just watched the trailer for this series, and it shows the female lead ending up as queen, clashing with the male lead (who has become a high-ranking official), and the male lead eventually losing the political struggle and ending up imprisoned by the female lead. Seriously, guys—is this going to have a sad ending?
