That's the annoying part of this story. I don't like the dragging misunderstanding type of story and honestly if not for the couple chemistry, I will drop it a long time. I also agree, The guy is so so petty, though he doesn't really assault her all along (which I saw couple of times in other lakorns), the comedic side of his work for me. I don't know if he will really betray her later, because even if he doesn't admit it, he loves her and I just want to believe everything is not an act (as hard as he want to persuade himself)

The sub don't really match with the timing. Anyway, It's not that I don't understand Chinese at all (I watch a lot without sub if it get me hooked) but for this kind of drama, some magical terms are important which will be hard to really understand. I think having sub is more enjoyable experience for this Xianxia genre.
Kiss aside. I think this episode reflect so much Kavin's character. If thyme has angry issues. Kavin dealing with his problem is another level. Avoid the reality by being a pure playboy. Like sex is for him the solution to not think at all. As Aunt Yu said Kavin takes the cake at being the worst of all of them.
I love the way, he didn't feel the same to Mona, but trapped in his past, leading him to not move on. They made it so obvious in the storytelling. And by inserting the flashback of kaning through the glass of alcohol, we can see how Kaning took a place in his heart all along, he just went to the building for her (maybe to not repeat the same mistake) That was the final closure for his broken heart to let him know he can love and this time be loved (again). I didn't feel their story is rushed at all, from 1st episode till ep13, he was stunned by her the first time, he saw her in the stairs. Later every lame excuses that he did or actions were all meaningful. (Like staying with her because he was hungry and they ended eating yogurt lol). The same yogurt that made Kaning remembered their interaction in this episode. That was sweet.
One thing I appreciate is the support of the F4 boys. When MJ advised Thyme at the beginning to give something and he will receive something. Though the surprise party was a mess, Thyme's support and understanding to Gorya was the most precious thing for her. And in return, he receives a precious gift. Her making the first move and kiss him willingly.
There is so many skinships in this episode that I love, like during the surprise party, when Thyme put his hand on her shoulder, him touching her forehead in the hotel room, Gorya playing Thyme's hair on the sofa. Thyme brushing her hand softly. Their development as a couple took time as it's their first in everything. I guess, I love these gradual steps

Please, i didn't intend to insult anyone😊 I just stated my own opinion. in Thai lakorn, it's even rare to have that kind of kiss (just fake or pressed lips). But I respect your opinion and understand the kiss may not be attractive for everyone.
