I’ve been watching C-dramas for a long time and have made a list of some that I’ve absolutely loved and been completely obsessed with. Keep in mind that I watched most (if not all) of these when they were first released in their respective years. While some of the tropes they used are pretty common now, back when they were released, they were definitely so new! I’d love to hear if you’ve seen any of them and your thoughts :))

2019: 

- My Girlfriend is an Alien (This drama was so good that I started watching c dramas without subs for the first time so I could watch the new eps faster!)

- The Eternal Love (This drama actually has three season now! The leads have been in a drama together four times! Super unique and funny plot for something back then)

2020:

-  Girlfriend (I found this a very heart warming one, loved seeing the character growth!)

- Lost Romance (THIS! Absolutely obsessed, even now! Had me watching every single interview, BTS, lives and analysing every small detail of the plot - Taiwanese drama so it was only an hour long episode a week at the time !!)

2021: 

- Mysterious Love (I forever call this my May 6th drama - the finale was released on May 6th!! Action packed romance, yearning ML what more can I say!!)

2024:

- Present, Is Present (How much did the ML loved the FL? Only through multiple lifetimes and time & space)

- Kill me, Love Me (I think it was so hard to move on because of how sad the ending was, how much they had been through but what could not be changed)

2025:

- The Prisoner of Beauty (Waited ages for this come out, did not disappoint! The beauty of this drama was perfectly captivated whether it was from the chemistry of the leads to the OST)

- When Destiny Brings the Demon (Don't usually watch Xianxia dramas but this was so unique! The relationship between the leads was so cute and the backstory was so interesting!)

Short Dramas

- Embrace in the Dark Night (2024) (Chemistry is so good! Once again I love the action and romance genre!)
