I haven't really used the chat much because there's never anyone in there when I look.
Let's go :)

oh, we weren't already friends? thanks for the request :) For some reason I though we already were because I've liked you when I see you in the forums :)
Thanks for the compliment about my profile. I like yours too! I stole a few of the pictures you put on it for my collection :)
I think I am one of the only people who actually liked Oh Ha Ni.
People keep calling her a stalker, but I think she is just written to be immature. I had friends when I was around 12 who acted the same way she did about the boys they liked.
And sure, she hung on longer than most girls would, but hey, she got the guy in the end, didn't she?
They did a pretty good job of condensing the story down into a movie, but the left out a lot of the scenes where you see the characters develop their feelings for one another. It leaves you wondering why she likes these people.

Hello :) Thanks for the friend request!
I see we have similar tastes in dramas :) Nice to meet you!
I felt that way about K-dramas too. It was a rough transition at first, but since shows are so much longer, after only one series I knew a few words. I do find Korean pronunciation sooo much harder to understand than Japanese, particularly the difference between m/b/p. Japanese pronunciation is so easy once you listen to it a while. I've been watching K-dramas mostly, and when I went back to a J-drama a few days ago I was surprised how much more I knew.
I've been a bit of a Japan-o-phile for many, many years, but only recently have started to be interested in Korean too. Japanese language and culture is so indirect that I've found Korean to be refreshing. I really like the 'non-word' words (aja, omo, or heol -sound of disbelief; it's sort of like 'Yosh!' in Japanese, without a directly translatable meaning) I find them really cute!
ah, didn't meant to rant, but you should try one out!

Ah, yes, I like Mukai Osamu too! I like his facial expressions as Eisuke (wrinkled bow and open mouth like when he said 'ha?' <3) and how he cursed all the time, it was cute :)
Ikemen Desu Ne is not nearly as good as the K version - You're Beautiful, but I still really liked it. Yaotome Hikaru as Yuuki was so sweet :)
My very favorite actor is Song Joong Ki ever since I watched him in Sunkyunkwan Scandal. He is so cute and charming! and he can act really well!
I'm a big Mizushima Hiro fan too. I'm so excited he's come back to acting! I also like Kamenashi Kazuya, Okada Masaki, Jung Il Woo, Kang Min Hyuk (of CN Blue), and Yoon Shi Yoon among others.
I see you haven't watched any K-dramas. Why not? If you like romance K-dramas are really good it it.
Just know the last one....I actually thought I was the only one thinking like that!!! I am glad I am not T^T
You are not alone! I really hated her too! But then again, I didn't really like Hyun Bin's character in My Name is Sam Soon either. I watch that show for the awesome of Sam Soon and the sweetness of Henry.
oh yeah, I forgot about the 'fantasy sequence' kiss in Protect the Boss. JaeJoong is one good kisser!

Yes, I agree he is awesome :) He needs more love!

Maybe since I don't watch a lot of saeguks the subtleties are lost on me.
Masterfully crafted.
