This drama truly has the potential to become one of the best Part/Season 2 of any drama, at least in my opinion.
It’s only a myth that second seasons are usually bad 😅.. it depends on whether they are forced or necessary for the continuation of the story and if they are cohesive. I base my rating on those factors. In this case since the story haven’t finished yet I would agree and say it will probably be great as well as the first part 😉
What a cool poster!!!! I love everything about it except for the flowers in the corner. But flowers are definitely a motif in the story so it’s understandable 🤗
🟡they seems to have move on from the innocent mass slaughtering of the wahan when they invade them, the wahan…
They already said in the first season that they would like to settle down in Arthdal so it makes perfect sense. Actually if I see another Wahan’s group crying again I’ll shoot myself in the head lol 😂
THIS IS A SPOILER, READING IT AT YOUR OWN RISK BUT STILL READ IT, I FEEL LIKE LETTING MY FEELINGS KNOWN FROM UK…
I actually love the fact that the characters aren’t one dimensional. You don’t know who is a hero or a villain. I do agree about Eunseom. He seemed mostly shaken in the first season..even Kanmooreu the magical horse decided to leave him because he was so weak lol. I hope to see him all grown up this season.
Btw.. why the rating score in MDL so low?! I don’t know if it’s because of old fans, trolls, or even people who haven’t seen a lot of Kdrama to give a fair comparison. I haven’t watched the episodes yet but I’m sure that AC deserves better than that!
Apparently Korean people have no taste lol. I’m still amazed that ‘The Real Has Come’ received such a high rating..personally I found this show extremely boring. But what can we do it seems that Korean audiences can’t get enough of the same romance story 🤷🏽♀️
I do understand Gilchae and the story arc, but personally I think it is possible to have a romance centered story…
You are right the supporting characters are mostly one dimensional. Similarly in literature some characters serve the purpose of showcase certain elements in the main storyline. Fore example Yeon Jun is loyal to the crown meanwhile our ML doesn’t understand the meaning of loyalty. Eun Ae is the Dali Lama of the village and completely different from Gil Chae. It’s completely different from Mr. sunshine as you menati ones but it’s not necessarily a bad thing. It’s just another way to tell a story. I don’t believe in villains it’s more realistic when things aren’t black or white.

I haven’t seen many dramas that good that explore love story where the main characters are separated like this one. Besides the love there are other elements such as the war and the struggles of Joseon. Each character has their own life and narrative. P.s the poster gives you a hint that you may not find exactly what you’re searching for😉
