Yes, exactly what you said 💯 I also find the execution and directing for the GL elements really good and the acting from both leads.. they were superb. Those nuances and little actions they used to express their attraction for each other, they did really well with that
The ending without explicitly showing the both of them together in the final scene is bittersweet.. Sure we can infer they got a happy ending but I really wanted to see Jaeyi and Seulgi at least hugging and/or holding hands again for the last part

That's how I see it too. Since they're apart from each other when Seulgi received the shoes, she'll be running away from her current place to Jaeyi instead. A double-meaning can be inserted here that Jaeyi is no longer worried that Seulgi will run away from her because she knows that Seulgi won't now. That's how I interpret it 🙂

I can see they're testing the waters with this one and gauging the reception. Just in case the drama receive backlash/complains from antis (compared to Thailand, South Korea is still very conservative about lgbtq+). Small steps at a time at least we got something, and tbh as much as I wanted more, I'm satisfied to call it GL bc the chemistry and tension.. the leads' acting were on point. It's a great start.
Mixed feeling. Overall I did enjoy the last episode despite being prepared to be throwed for a rushed one but it turned out quite well (imo because I braced myself for worst). Interestingly I loved how they conclude about Kyung and Yeri, it was good, funny, and can I say lovely lmao. On the main part, it hinted a happy ending for both Jaeyi and Seulgi.. that they will meet (and be together) at last but Jaeyi dad is still at large (merely got a short jail term) and following Seulgi right? Maybe the writers left it like this in case they decide to do a S2.
Oh ya and I must say it's madness how Jaeyi can perform medical operation at her age 😭 I know Jaeyi's a genius but still! Unless she practiced it before or something which they never showed.. Anw I guess we're switching off most of our rationality when watching dramas yeah. Technically completed the drama but not yet, because I plan to rewatch it for another round for a better judgement (and wait for S2 if there will be one)
one last episode to go 😭 i want more.. it's unbelievable and I don't know how can everything be wrapped up in a short episode ahhhh. really love the chemistry between the leads and the cast great acting although the plot can get confusing to me some times and i get lost (ok i'm slow and dense but still enjoy such shows lmao) just know i'm seated and.. when is season 2!?
