absolutely love Dylan Wang in this role. he totally suits Dongfang to a T. Am on my 2nd rewatch. enjoyed Ester in her Goddess phase more than as a fairy. felt she over acted to the point of annoyance but that’s just my opinion.

oh I do agree with your comment. WXY has a latent sensuality just brimming below the surface and I find his voice commanding. he definitely is one to watch in the future.

This was one of the first Chinese dramas I watched. After this I was hooked, lined and sinkered on chinese drama. Loved the actors, the costumes, the music and elaborate sets. Fantastic.

I did not enjoy the FL in her role. Felt she didn't gel with ML Li Jiu Lin. So I only watched because he was ML and because I found him excellent in Circle of Love and Rising Feather.
