You might want to look at the synopsis and tags again. Nowhere does it say it's a show about fighting zombies.
It's about quarantine during a pandemic.

That's like saying I bought an orange juice but I wanted it to taste like coffee.

Why does everyone think this is a typical zombie show?! I had to go and check but this show doesn't even have a zombie tag! I know there are zombies in the show but it's really not that central to the actual plot.

It's not really a thriller. It's a psychological thriller. Meaning the focus is on human behaviour so the zombies are just a backdrop.

Ok that one village that keeps killing people because they think they are cursed but their people keep getting eaten by a mysterious monster anyway, are a perfect example of mass hysteria idiocy!

I agree! I think all stories should have romance. Maybe not as main plot all the time, but life is enjoyable because of love! How can we take that out of our stories? That would be so sad.

Are the monsters inspired by folklore and myth or are they original fictional creatures?

It has a lot of humor and stylized, almost theatrical moments that help dispel the tension. I would say it's light but still manages to tackle heavy subjects. Definitely not as dark as the typical serial killer shows out there. It's very entertaining. It has a very endearing, whimsical tone. It's great!

I've noticed the same and that's why I dislike republican era shows. There is a very weird quality to this era's shows. The only good one I've seen in Winter Begonia. I don't know what is up with this era but the shows all look odd in every sense.

The men in this show are just so unbelievably, colossally stupid! All of them are just little idiots running around acting like idiots!

I decided to continue because I do like the parents story too but I was bummed out a bit. This is so strange for me, this is the first time I prefer the second male lead!

Tbh Taek is sweet and all, but like whyyyy?! It makes no sense!
I feel like there must be some hot gossip surrounding this!

I know, I checked the last chapter out though I don't get why he suddenly left. I suppose i should read the whole book to get that!😅
I just feel like these happy endings sometimes feel forced and end up not really making me feel better. Like they make the ending they really want to make and then paste an obligatory happy ending at the end of it all.
