Unpopular opinion: I did not like the drama and it was unsatisfactory to unsuspected limits.Irresponsible characters,…
I think the point was to show irresponsible characters. Not all stories are about growth. Some stories are about regression and fundamentally, zombie narratives are all about regression. We don't judge all narratives based on character growth and change. Some stories, such as this one, are more like case studies. They put a group of characters in a situation and simulate their reactions. That's the same reason that not all subplots are resolved by the end. Stories with sociological intent, are not about resolving conflict. They are about creating them. That is why with a conventional lens, the show can be frustrating or unpleasant and that is totally valid because it's not the type of story that everyone will enjoy but it's not a shortcoming on the story's part either. It's just a matter of what you want from a show and what it is willing to provide for you.
The freaking streamer guy! I mean some of the neighbours are pure evil but this guy is just the stupidest ever.…
You're totally right! It definitely alludes to the real reactions we have seen these past two years but presenting it in a fictional setting really highlights the stupidity of it all. It's amazing.
What is the wife-killer's damage? Why is he so evil? I feel like I missed something, why didn't he go out at the beginning of the show? He's just pure evil, not a speck of redemptive quality in him. I bet he'll survive. Jerks always do!😒

characters of the show: *are told multiple times that the infected becomes really thirsty.* Someone: *starts drinking water like crazy* The characters: hmm, this totally normal person sure is thirsty! hahaha, I'm sure this means absolutely nothing.
Does anyone else need to pause and walk in the middle of the episodes? This is stressing me OUT!
The freaking streamer guy! I mean some of the neighbours are pure evil but this guy is just the stupidest ever. There's not even internet, the infected are everywhere. Why would people want to see his stupid vidoes of what they can see by looking out the window?! Dumbass!

Yeah, sometimes news from certain countries get exaggerated in the news. This definitely happens for china, too.
