It wasn't realistic and probably supposed to be a fun kdrama but it was dragged out. Bo Gum's character's just... reckless, impulsive, and gets beaten up but in the next scene he looks pristine and perfect. He smiles and then all or most is forgiven. They made the action scenes fun, so that was something. I figured this whole kdrama was supposed to be comedic and not taken seriously. The villain was not that serious, lol. I really liked Black Cat and DrugMon. I watched it over holiday break.
Seo Ye-ji did this to herself. Her fans are obnoxious children who can’t see that she’s an abuser and that…
They both had faults here, the damage is on the abuser, but also him. He clearly wasn't suitable to work and mistreated his co-star and staff. If you're not fit for a specific drama, don't do it. He was only going to hurt others, now that's what they will remember of him. As for her, she looks pretty cold and capable of pushing him into mistreating a co-star, and not doing what the job requires of him. Controlling someone is awful, but knowing you're being controlled, hurt, and then hurting the people around you in your professional life.... People don't forgive that easily.
This was def very different from Kill Boksoon, as we're supposed to see more of the other companies and assassins. Also, this felt more fitting for this time, it's not as serious and cold as Kill Boksoon, but that's only if you're comparing the two, it's still enjoyable to see the other two leads story. The fight scenes were fun, and the story probably was all over the place, because Mantis is that kind of person. At least, they offered tie-ins from the original. I enjoyed it.
what else would you do as jaeyi, if he's giving you a phone to watch a car accident that he made happen - to someone she really cares about. that was confirmation to her that he's willing to do whatever it takes to keep jaeyi in line. jaeyi seeing her jena like that, and him physically assaulting her now? what else is jaeyi going to but to protect seulgi? i think she broke her own heart saying those words. but if her father is willing to hurt her if she doesn't fall in line, he will do anything to anyone she cares about. jaeyi is just trying to protect them. if this isn't the case. then wow, the writers are something else.
I'm happy they've found each other, and wish them the best in their relationship! They feel like a great match, Cheers to them! I'm a big fan of Han Ji Min, and wish her all the happiness!
Also she could so be Kim Ji An's older sister!
