Sometimes psycho needs no reason to do all the crimes. The brain image of psycho and other severe personality disorders slightly differs from normal people's. Seems that they were born with it.
Some people can be psycho (in sense that they have brain disorder) because of bad treatment or constant abuse in early childhood. As the brain can be damaged due to drug abuse and addiction to 'explicit contents'.

It's psychological drama. The romance is around the main leads. They are getting closer along the way. This drama has many arcs because there are many cases need to be solved by main leads one by one.
