It irks me when she got recovered less than 2months from plastic surgery. even 3 months recovery is not sufficient to get your face firm and normal?.. If she is not real QY..how can she passed the airport screening easily with her passport? I remember barely passed the screening at foreign airport even with my own passport..

Due to your review, I decided to watch it after holding on for sometime. This drama is indeed interesting with flashback and little supranatural touch. The arch or the case in every eps seem like a filler. The big picture of this drama is...the main leads itself. I don't mind flashback. I think it's no different with Signal. Also Jirisan gives a caption in every timeline so the audience wont get confused.

I think PMY and ZZH already finished filming or half finished it years ago? She had several projects in Maindland. But then hallyu-ban came. And now ZZH is nowhere to be found. I suspect this drama will never see the light.

Using several directorial teams to get scenes complete faster is usual custom both in movie and drama. The main director usually handle the principal scenes/ difficult scenes or only filming main leads. With many works to do, he can't handle it with limited time. The main director will appoint assistant director or 2nd and 3rd director to do another filming. But, still, the one who will get credit is the main director because he is the key person to make drama or movie alive. After filming is finished, the director will work with editor in postproduction. Maybe in this process the drama get messed. I have read somewhere, for a movie reel that last for 1.5-2hours, it's the extract of 8 hours reel. Just how many cuts that the movie team has to edit out?
It's not a cheap horror you know, it's a classy movie...it still creeps me out! I guess only the trailer looks awful. The cinematography is pretty good, reminds me with The Howling Village. But, Suicide Forest Village has better screenplay execution. The plot looks believable, the BGM is not annoying, the actors are good too since they are not newcomers. I would say, I'll recommend this!
Did mydramalist miss something or my memory was bad? I think KSH was spotted on The Master's Sun drama back to 2013. And I saw him in several dramas in minor / trivial roles before 2017. CMIW. So when I see him rose to fame now, I think he deserves it cause he had a long way in KDramaland. For some actors, they can be a star in one night, but for others, they need to go through long nights to become a star.
