why?
the scandal of FL is irreparable. Now she receives cancel culture from the government. too bad. I like her though. TLOBQ is banned in China, but it still can be sold out of the country. maybe years later.

Yes, I had no idea that the CLOY cameo referred back to this movie until I saw a YouTube video and comment. I…
If I am not mistaken, there was scenes in another drama or movie other than CLOY that referred to Secretly Greatly. Maybe just a parody. I forgot.

Title Squid Game
No it’s just fine the idea isn’t new in the drama world you have lair game/battle royal and others it’s…
Battle Royal 1 is the best if not a legend. .It is like the mother of Asian survival movies ever lol. I watched the sequel too, still couldn't beat the first. BR 1 leaves deep impression to the audiences. Whenever I watch survival type movies, I often compare it to BR. My bad. Meanwhile Hollywood survival movies are in another world, they are made to entertain audience.

On 100% Senorita Sep 27, 2021
It was so damn popular back then. The main casts even visited my country doing a showcase. I only remember Joe and Penny. Forgot about the guys. I think Wallace Huo tagged along. Watching this in my teenage days. From Senorita to Queen Dugu, Joe Chen is a beautiful immortal. Meanwhile I hardly look at the mirror, worrying my wrinkles! lol

This was my favorite T drama LOL. I don't remember how many times I watched this twelve years ago maybe...I watch it in my dvd player till it get overused and lamenting how can it has short episodes. I miss Lollipop guys. This is a light and hilarious drama. I don't mind the weird plot. It has the same vibe with japan comedic dorama. And it reminds me with Atashinci no Danshi. Watch it if you want to have fun, not thinking hard.

I guess he did a surgery. Since he looks so different with the person whom I saw on 'It Started with a Kiss'.…
Hm..when you talk about AY..haha. Yes..we will see more of manly actors huehuehue. That's more appropriate for xinxia and wuxia. Btw... I think the gov. banned any' 'effeminate looking men' due to hate towards Kpop beauty standard. Ok, anything related to SK and US would be verboten in mainland.

You are lucky you are ahead of the game watching tons of dramas. I just started in 2019 and I hope I could catch…
With the growth of digital content industry in China supported by growing streaming platforms and millennial audiences who tend to get bored easily, the producers will make digital content as many as possible to make money. Thus, they often picks good looking actors first. Experience and acting skills are second. Producers often pick new comers in their fast producing n tight budget drama because they are cheaply paid. But it's good too for new comers to make acting portfolio. Not all of them can't act, some of them can act well.

I guess he did a surgery. Since he looks so different with the person whom I saw on 'It Started with a Kiss'.…
Back then he was a muscle man? haha. With strong feature of square jaw on his face. He was not that chubby though. From articles that I read bout him, he is the type that cares a lot about physical appearance (more than his friends in FH). He treats it as an asset too as he is an entertainer. I felt he devoted his life to showbiz and work hard for it.
The other reasons he 'takes care' his face a lot, unconsciously, due to recent east asia beauty standard and anime? He likes anime a lot. (I can say this because I remember someone who change his face to be more like anime chara. with oval face, sharp nose, bigger eyes.)
And recent beauty standard, so far in the recent 2 decades, the trend of Leading Actors face has changed drastically. In the past, chinese actors are required to have muscle , robust , strong body and MANLY IMAGE, Face appearance is second. Good looking face is a bonus. Now everything are in reversed. We will find actors with fragile appearance. Tall and skinny body with soft face appearance. Handsome is the keyword. Sometimes their skin face can makes their opposite actress feels insecure. haha
About weight loss, men in 40s mostly will have a weight loss naturally. Also Jiro is keen in exercise for a long time. Like I said, he is obsessed with appearance.

Title Honey, Don't Run Away Spoiler
Does FL like ML first or the other way around? and are there any secondary couples?
As you said...in all of Honey Don't Runaway series, the FL is the one who likes ML first. There is no second couples in Honey Don't Runaway 1. So the Honey Don't Runaway 2. The dramas focus more in detective side added with romance.

Title Serendipity Spoiler
Does FL like ML first and are there any secondary couples?
Well, they both attracted to the each other in 1-2 initial eps. You can tell subtly that he likes her first but not showing it to the FL. Hence the FL is thinking a lot about whether the ML like her or not till the middle episodes. Eventually they are naturally showing off their affection to each other. This drama has no second couples. it only focus to FL n ML on their adventure in several novel plots. it's like an omnibus starred by them.

Yeah, drama, movies from west to the east, you name it, I only didn't watch western series much .
Before Kdrama invaded my country, Taiwanese and Japanese drama already did. Our local TVs dubbed those dramas with my own language . Some extremely popular Cdrama / hk drama (xinxia or wuxia) in the past got aired in my country in dubbed version. It was so good (the story, plot, acting, setting). Didn't even counting the long episodes. What I notice from older drama productions, since they often have limited budget for production, they don't really rely on luxury setting, computer effect, they instead improve the drama in scriptwriting and acting parts.
But lately due to the unlimited access to internet and so many dramas is produced, I find it too much. Now I only watch most interesting ones, at least for me.
