Because it simply will make the opposite gender look like a paedophile. Bring It On, Ghost was criticised heavily due to the ML and FL age gap. KSH was still 17 and the age gap was 10 years.
Glad they make the drama visually pleasant, the psychiatric wards IRL may be more violent and depressing. It's quite triggering for those who have mental illness.
