I loved her in Ab Ruk Online, and she is very charming in Soot Sanaeha. 365 Wun Haeng Rak is on the serious side , but very good and she and Ken Theeradeth Wongpuapan just have amazing chemistry, it's their 4th drama together.
I see many people praising it but why is it currently at a 7.9😖
I can only speak for myself. I enjoy slice of life dramas and am a fan of the writer's other works, but I find the storylines in this one to be a bit cliched. The topics covered are heavier/more "real" than other kdramas, and while that does not appeal to everyone, it is the superficiality of the characters, the surface handling of their problems, and the general lack of introspection that I am not really enjoying. It makes the show feel more melo to me than I am interested in and I feel as if I have seen these storylines done with more depth in other shows.
Yay! Their chemistry was really good in Bossam and I wanted more romance! Plus the plot sounds like a more interesting take on the usual chaebol lead storyline.
honestly, i didn't 100% enjoy how the hansu x eun hee story was wrapped - i feel like i would have been more at…
I couldn't agree with you more! I was really hoping that Han Soo would confess his plan rather than be found out. Contrived is a good word for it. Maybe it was due to the shortness of the storyline that it had to be tied up so quickly and there wasn't a chance to see Han Soo or his daughter grapple with the end of the golf career.
I'm open to slice of life dramas, but I don't enjoy watching dramas where I dislike the character who takes up…
I love Cha Seung Won. He's one of the main reasons I was looking forward to this show so much, but I agree about the character so far. Even if he has a change of heart, I'm not really excited to watch his story progression because he has a lot of maturing and growing to do in a lot of areas...with his wife, his daughter, his siblings, his financial decisions.. only to get back to basically happy, and it doesn't leave much to anticipate or be curious about. I'm hanging in there for Uhm Jung Hwa, though.
I saw this drama recommended when looking for series who deal with mental health issues with similar sensibility…
I had the same hope going in, but I would not recommend this show for a realistic take on mental health or treatment. It does not improve on the first episode and if anything, it’s handling of mental health becomes more caricature and used for entertainment/drama as the show continues. It is a beautiful show visually with great chemistry and solid acting, but at its core it is a basic romcom, heavy on the dramatics, that could have taken place anywhere so I’m not sure why they set it in a mental hospital at all.
People were expecting a feel-good drama and something more similar to hometown Cha Cha Cha. But instead they found…
I wouldn’t say the cinematography isn’t good, rather, it is not what I expected. Winter Wind Blow and It’s Okay That Love both have very soft focused lens and warm colors. As someone commented below, Our Blues is much less saturated and more realistic. While I appreciate getting a more real life look at island living, it’s just different than I anticipated from this director.
