The first episode is an hour and twelve minutes. Wonder where Soompi got their information. Soompi didn't mention anything about episode #0 either.

yeah, but this means it can be on US Netflix, but not in Europe/everywhere
As of October 8th "Doubt" does not appear on US Netflix.
However, Viki did acquire licensing but I don't know which regions it's available in.
The subs will be English only, sadly.

It would have been nice if MBC had licensed BLACK OUT to Viki.
That would have been wonderful. However, Viki was able to acquire licensing through KOCOWA.
