Title Abandoned
I am not sure why sponsors withdrew from supporting this drama.I can only think that there is a sense of shame. There…
I know this is an old comment, but sponsors pulled out of this drama because the government made a statement about how it's defamation upon orphanages in Japan. That's also a big reason why the drama was cut short.

There are also a Vietnamese, Chinese and Indonesian official adaptations of this movie too.

I loved this drama but I felt they dragged it out 100 episodes too long. Extra drama in those episodes were unnecessary in my opinion.

I watched I'm Fine.. Thank You.. Love You? and I'm excited to see this. The main theme also is really interesting in that it incorporated other Asian languages and countries as well. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it will be subtitled anytime soon.

Let's hope it'll be something dark, intense, outside the typical k-drama comfort zone...
Highly recommend the original. Japanese dramas tend to do the whole dark and mature concept a lot better whereas Korea focuses on romance a lot more.

Link with english subs?
Streaming websites only have only 1 or 2 episodes or none at all because they don't have the proper licensing. This may be because it's specifically being produced with the help of Netflix, which is an international brand, so gaining access to it - both legally and illegally - is more difficult. Currently, the only place to watch it with the subs is Netflix.

Is there romance?
No. It's more of a suspense, mystery story.

Because it's not supposed to be fast paced. The whole idea is to slow down. This entire focus is in it's scenery,…
If you don't like it, then that's your issue. Let other people give it a chance. Chances are, some people won't think the same as you. I quite like that the story is slower and has life lessons to teach about family and life in general.

Yeah it's going to take about that long since it's a 20 episode drama. However, if you're watching it on Netflix,…
Netflix is pretty known to either wait and mass upload episodes, wait until an entire season is finish to mass upload, or just simply take forever to upload one episode when it comes to their foreign series.

Thanks, but a lot of us are already watching it on Netflix.
I'm pretty sure if you use Netflix on web, you can change your VPN to watch it.

Oh heck this is still airing until August. Why did I start this just now xD
Yeah it's going to take about that long since it's a 20 episode drama. However, if you're watching it on Netflix, it may take longer since they mass uploaded the show up to episode 10 in May of 2019 - two months after it aired on TV in Taiwan - the rest of the 10 episodes will most likely be mass released at another unset date.

I'm not 100% sure, but after finishing all the episodes (up to 10) on Netflix, and searching for the cast listing…
I'm pretty sure it is him because his name is listed on the Taiwanese wiki for the show.

The character Ka Satou, from Japan, is VERY interesting and he seems very interested in Tia Yu. Does anyone know…
I'm not 100% sure, but after finishing all the episodes (up to 10) on Netflix, and searching for the cast listing online, but I'm almost positive that the actor who plays Ka Satou is Japanese actor Fukuchi Yuusuke.

In which episode is he in? Maybe I can help. All I need is maybe a photo of him.
That explains it. I have not seen episode 10 yet.

Super scenic and pretty, but very slow paced.
Because it's not supposed to be fast paced. The whole idea is to slow down. This entire focus is in it's scenery, advertising the beauty of Taiwan and the Taiwan railway. It's not supposed to be your typical drama. All in all, I say that the fact that people can not stand a slower paced drama really says a lot about our society. We all need to slow down and take a breather. Fast paced does not equal better.

I just binge watched all 10 episodes of season 1 in two days. It left me hanging. Will there be a second season?…
Asian dramas very rarely have second seasons. If it says 20 episodes, then there are 20 episodes. It started airing back in March. Netflix didn't post the episodes until June and the series is set to finish in August. If you're that impatient, find a Taiwanese station on your TV and you can watch without subs while it's still airing.
