One more nitpick if I may, in an episode (sorry cannot remember which one) Saenkaew is seen looking at his watch. The watch clearly shows as "Quartz" on the dial, however if this set in 1963 that would be impossible as quartz watches were not invented until 1965! My end if nitpicking.

Episode 11 - Bew knew he wasn't going to get off the island. Rather than give Sonar and Lilly the satisfaction of fighting with Nest he choose to slap them both by committing suicide. I think that he did this just to spit at them one last time rather that out of remorse for what he did, though I do think he did care for Nest. Ken finally came to his senses, however I do not believe it was because Gel said she loved him. Her "Killing me won't bring Plato back" statement really hit Ken hard. I think at that point he realized Plato wouldn't have wanted him to behave that way towards Gel, remember Plato urged Ken to apologize to Gel. Next week last episode, and I think that the only one(s) to get off the island will be Nest and Lyla but will have to wait.... Really enjoying this series.

Just finished watching episode 8. I am wondering what happened to Ken? Did Nest hit him over the head that hard? Did it knock him out or kill him? Also, I am still wondering what Plato and Ken did to Lyla? Nothing in the flashbacks puts them together at all, other than they were the boyfriends of Gel and Fone. It doesn't seem like they were aware of the goings on. I suspect Plato may have been killed because he stumbled upon Lilly in the tent but so far very little of their story has been revealed.

Hmmm.... after reading the myriad of comments here for and against IPYTM I am at a loss to understand something. Can someone explain why there is so much angst one way or the other over fictional characters in a dramatic series created for entertainment purposes? You like it "great", you don't then you don't so turn it off I guess I'm old school that way. And, yes I have reviewed a couple of episodes and am looking forward to the finale as I happen to enjoy the series for it's entertainment value as well as the acting of the two main leads, However, I just cannot fathom getting worked up one way or the other over this. Sorry just my opinion.
