I couldn't even sit through the first episode of this... There was way too much yelling and hitting of each other. I understand this is probably a very good drama, but for me I just can't stand it when dramas use 'abusive' as personality traits. It's not cute.
When Drama Fever closed it's doors I was crushed.... But then I joined Viki and tbh I love it so much more just for the comments alone. It feels like I'm not watching it alone watching alone anymore. Even if they do come back, I might stick with Viki just for the hilarious comments people write. I do miss Dramafever though, it was definitely the end to an era
I just watched this movie and I gotta say..... If there is a real villain (I use that word loosely) then it's the man, Yoon Woo. He proposed to So Yool, called her his muse, promised to write her 100 songs, promised he would always love her and not look at anyone else, etc. and then goes and completely stabs her in the back... I would be destroyed. I would want revenge too. He even took her words "Joesen's heart" and gave it to Yeon Hee as a song.... I'm sorry what? He literally took everything from her... I don't condone what So Yool did. However everything she did was out of misery for her lost dreams, love, and best friend. Everything Yoon Woo did was out of pure selfishness. I wish he would have been the one to survive in the end. A better ending would have been him listening to both albums and thinking "wow these were both incredible women, and I f-ed up hard" and THEN jumping in front of the train.
Thank you very much for this article. This is something I think about a lot when I'm on here. Down-rating is something I think we should never do. Every drama has a team behind it who have poured their souls into this drama. Just because you don't consider it a 10, doesn't mean it deserves a 1 either.... That being said, I also think a lot of users are giving 10's out like it Halloween candy. Some of my favorite dramas I haven't even rated 10 because I consider 10 to be a really rare thing to achieve. Rating a drama before you have finished is also not very smart. If you've dropped the drama only a few episodes in, don't bother rating it or writing a review in my opinion. Imagine if professional movie critics just sat through the first 5 minutes of a movie and then published how terrible it was. That's not fair is it? I understand if you have sat through 95% of it and can't possibly finish the last 1-2 episodes without wanting to tear your eyes out; that's happened to me on multiple occasions. At that point, I think it's safe to review because that last 1-2 episodes most-likely won't change your opinion. I know we're all different ages, and come from different backgrounds but let's be smart and considerate of all users on here :)
I mean 14..... That's really too young. If it was 17 and 25 I could get behind it, but 14?? That's the age when boys BEGIN puberty.... So technically, his voice hasn't even dropped yet (among other things). There's nothing romantic about that... It's just creepy. Even if their relationship is nothing more than friendship at the beginning, she's still grooming him.... It's a no from me.
The politics in this drama are really boring and confusing... I feel like they are focusing way too much on that and not enough on the Won Deuk and Hong Shim
