https://news.yahoo.co.jp/articles/490c27553a9aa552d647b6b2868cdca945047c6eA recent interview with Akaso where…
Eiji is extremely looking up to Keita. He keeps showering him with compliments. When Eiji complimented Keita at the press conference, Keita said that he hardly ever gets complimented like that.
In very interview Eiji talks like Keita is a god.
Takuya said that Keita cared a lot about Eiji and noticed the smallest things. He felt like they were real Adachi and Kurosawa.

Who wants to see 17 years old Akaso Eiji, his professor father, pianist mother, little brother and his parent's…
Eiji grew up in a very educated and strict family.
His father was professor at Faculty of Foreign Studies (Linguistics Department) at Nagoya Gakuin University. He became the president of Nagoya Gakuin University in April 2020.
His final academic background: University of Wisconsin-Madison. You can see at Eiji's old instagram posts that his father took Eiji to oversea academic conferences (Europe: Germany, etc). Even though his father was very strict and busy, he was a loving father who always made sure to spend time with his children. Eiji himself majored in English at the same university because of his father's influence, but he soon (in the 2nd year) dropped out of college to enter the office in Tokyo. Although his father really wanted his son to advance in the field of English & Linguistics, he still supported Eiji when he made his decision.
His mother is a piano teacher (pro pianist).
His little brother Akaso Shuhei (赤楚周平) is studying film production at Osaka University of Arts.
There are rumors that his cousin is a known composer.

Sorry I'm not Japanese but I'll drop my POV here. I didn't know he's being criticized for his acting, I only watch…
I agree, i also know some hyped actors, who are not really that good.

I heard about him getting criticized in Furifura, but i didn't know the reason. Thank you for telling me. It's a very stup*d reason to criticize someone . I noticed that in interviews the focus was on Kitamura & the lead girl. They almost totally ignored Eiji and the second lead girl.

I'm glad that he finally gets compliments. He had it really hard after dropping out of college to start acting.
He only started taking acting classes since this year.

Any japanese fans here who can tell me what the japanese think of Eiji's acting today?
I read an article of a fan, which said that Eiji was often criticised for his bad acting and that even Eiji admitted it on an interview saying that he knows that he is bad and he is learning with very project. I also read somewhere that he started acting late and didn't know what made him happy about acting so he had a hard time, failed a lot and didn't do well.

I think his acting in CM is excellent. I'm still waiting to see Love me, Love me not. He was also pleased in Do you know, Sensei.
What are the thought of japanese now?
