In recent interview,he said that he is going to be busy shooting dramas on 2026.i hope he shoots for 'love'drama which has been enlisted on his filmography for long.The novel from with this drama is being adopted from has very fun storyline.it would be nice to see baijingting on this drama .

I read the novel "I Advise You to Like Me as Soon as Possible" (劝你趁早喜欢我) by Ye Fei Ran (叶斐然)" from where this drama 'love' is being adapted from. it has a very fun storyline and it suits baijingting in this drama ML role.i hope the shootin of this drama to start soon.In both comedy and romance perspective ,the novel is top notch.

I get what you are saying.i think the problem is Chinese people prefer more social or republic dramas more than romance dramas and those dramas got massive viewership as well but in global scale Chinese romance dramas are more preferred.whenever people are asked about Chinese dramas the first names that comes are 'hidden love''falling into your smile' etc. Also 'the first frost'is the most successful Chinese drama on netflix.Before Chinese dramas were only on china ,they were unknown to outside countries but Chinese dramas have expanded to international countries as they are being released on netflix and Disney plus. To be honest I have watched almost all dramas of baijingting and I loved most of them.i was introduced to him through 'the first frost'which I watched on netflix.it is like first love to me so I would like to see him more on dramas like that but it doesn't mean I dislike his other genre dramas.i liked reset, mobius ,new life begins etc.By the way mydramalist shows a drama named 'love',it's been there for few years now,do you have any idea about it,is it cancelled ?

I only watched baijingting 's scenes from the drama,I fully utilized skip option.i liked baijingting and sfl chemistry.

I found 'always on the move' too lengthy as it was all about his police job and there was way too little romance.Thats why I have very low expectations from his upcoming crime investigation drama as it is 40 ep long and I don't think it will focus on romance.After intense romance in 'the first frost' he is disappointing.I hope to see him more in dramas like 'the first frost' in future but I don't think it will be soon.

To be honest I haven't watched bon appetite,I have watched few small reel,but I found many people praising it and those reels were fun so I just included it. I am not a fan of Male lead of that drama,so it is not for me.

I also don't know but I think the first frost is his biggest hit drama,Also he has been nominated for international awards for his role as sang Yan. The first frost has helped him gain more global popularity.it is the first drama of his I had watched.if not for the first frost,I wouldn't have ever known baijingting. So I hope to see him more in dramas like the first frost.But I guess, in 2026 there will only be this detective drama.There is no news about him signing other dramas.

In this name of fictional,you cannot just change the fact especially when it comes to people's belief and cultural issues. for eg:- there was a big star Indian movie 'adipurush' which was a fictional movie which claimed that goddess sita was born on India whereas in reality she was born on janakpur,Nepal and also there was another movie 'chandani chowk to China' which had big stars from India, in that movie there was a dialogue which claimed that 'Buddha' was born in India whereas the truth is he was born in nepal. In your opinion do you think people had ever tried to find the fact ? No ,audience will believe what they saw and most of the people only watch dramas or movies for fun. However it will become a fact for them whatever it is true or false. So in my opinion twisting the fact is not right especially when it comes to big budget or famous cast dramas/movies,because it will influence many peoples knowledge.

After watching this,I think I should follow Elon musk suggestion and just cancel my Netflix,what a disappointment drama 😞.kdramas are not fun watching anymore.i expected the best from Kim eun sook.I miss old kdramas like goblin,crash landing on you, descendent of the sun etc.this year I only found bon appetit worth watching ,other kdramas are just ordinary or low grade.even song joong ki,lee joong suk dramas were disappointing.i am shifting towards Chinese dramas this year,my favourites are 'the first frost' and mobius.

For me this drama is the biggest disappointment of this year from kdramas industry. I am more disappointed to the writer Kim eun sook.for me this drama is 3/10.how can you even compare this disappointment to legendary kdramas like goblin and hotel del luna.if you are fan of the cast,we can understand that you are being supportive but in truth this drama is a big mess.

we got a great series.i am going to rewatch it again and again. Don't worry this drama has a great story so sooner or later it will gain popularity.
