Yes I feel like if they used Soul Land standard animation I think it would have looked better or something. The way they moved looked unnatural and kinda threw me off. You could see the major difference in fighting scenes during the latter half of the drama. Animation was just a suggestion but that section of ep 40 needed major improvement.

Yes you could tell the vast difference in writing flow and production but overall it was beautiful.

My only complaint however would be YWY vs. BFX & FLX fight scene it should have been animated like in The Long Ballad

Tbh regardless if it was going to be 45 or 48 episodes you can clearly tell the story was still going to be top heavy and rushed

I lowkey hate when cdramas make FL's stupid/ irrational when dealing with romance. Tbh I don't even get this unnecessary love triangle. Just when I thought we would get at least 8 solid episodes with the leads as a couple boom foolery and foolishness. Well buckle up this is about to be a very rushed romance journey.

I get the feeling that a lot of foolery and foolishness is about to begin so this was a delight. Also a petty part of me wants Big and Ken to be punished for being careless too.

NM's relationship with the SML should have never happened from episode 21 when he went for her in the mountains that should've been the sign to dip. That whole thing screamed possessive. Plus he looks like he's dead behind the eyes.
