This isn't terrible or especially interesting. I actually got through the first two episodes just fine but the last was hard because the pacing issues from the first two were back in full force for that one. I also wish they went into his upbringing more, but I'm sure due to cultural differences surrounding family/bloodline, that isn't as easy to learn about as it is for most western serial killer documentaries.
I think it is worth a watch, and really shows how forensic teams need to be more highly regarded, because wow, that female forensics officer was inspiring. Sad the victims suffered but glad it seems like all of them were identified.
I'm really enjoying this as someone who enjoys dialogue-driven dramas that aren't too action packed. I can totally see how it is not for everyone. Weirdly I wish their relationship was strictly platonic because I don't feel like the romance side is needed or shows, but maybe that's just me lol.

I don't think ending is surprising, signs were there that they weren't going to end up together, in my opinion. Like they pushed too hard to make it a mystery and daughter's dialogue said it all. But the ending felt so rushed, and I don't get why they even had the mystery in the drama to begin with? I don't know, I get the outrage because it was such a good drama but I support people saying it ended at episode 15 lol.
