Zomvivor – A Zombie Series That Will Make You Angry… in a Good Way

Zomvivor (2025) is a Thai zombie drama that surprised me in the best way possible. From the very first episodes, the story pulls you in with mystery and unanswered questions that make you think, what is actually going on here? It’s not just zombies running around — the series slowly reveals information and pushes you to figure things out yourself, which makes it addictive.

One thing I have to praise loudly is the cast and acting. Every single actor and actress did a great job. You can really tell they put effort into their roles. The zombie makeup was insanely good — like, actually scary. In so many dramas the zombies look fake, but here they looked real. Huge shout-out to the makeup artists, because they honestly carried the horror vibe of the show.

Now let’s talk about the characters… because oh my days, they are SO annoying.

At first, my favourite character was Pao, but after what he did in episodes 3 and 4, I completely changed my mind. He wanted to save people, but instead his actions got people killed. That was the moment I went from loving him to literally hating him.

The most annoying characters for me were:

● Pao
● Prao
● Muk
● Earth

They all annoyed me in their own ways. Ning was also annoying, but not as bad as the others.

Even though the characters were frustrating, that’s what made the show so good. Every episode makes you want to watch the next one. There is always something happening, always a new problem, and it never gets boring.

I was also really happy to see Namping and Keng in this drama — I did not expect to see them in a zombie series, and they were actually really good.

And let’s not forget Lily — her acting as a zombie was amazing. She did such a great job that her scenes genuinely stood out.

Now… the ending.

The ending of season 1 is either:

The best ending ever — if we get season 2, or
The worst ending ever — if we don’t.

If there is no season 2, then honestly, this would be one of the most disappointing endings I’ve ever seen. But if we do get season 2, then the way they ended season 1 is actually smart, because it makes you desperate to know what happens next.

Final Thoughts & Rating

For me, Zomvisor (2025) is a solid 10/10. The story, the mystery, the acting, and especially the zombie makeup were all top-tier and made the series unforgettable.

However… that rating depends entirely on season 2.
If we don’t get season 2, my rating drops to an 8/10, because the season 1 ending would feel incomplete and frustrating. But if season 2 is confirmed, then this is easily one of the best zombie dramas I’ve ever watched.

I highly recommend Zomvivor to anyone who loves zombie dramas. Just be warned — if season 2 doesn’t happen, the ending might annoy you. But the story, cast, and suspense make this a must-watch.
