Certainly this is a shot for shot remake of the Japanese version Cyborg Girl (2008). Overall the story and acting in the Japanese version is superior, but I think Xin Zhi Lei is better in the role than Ayasa Haruka. She actually moves like a robot in the role, which is not seen in the Japanese version.
