I think people are being to harsh, the episode was not bad. I don’t really understand why some came into this show expecting something different from what was shown in the teaser and trailer, a very cheesy rom com to the likes of Secret Crush On You or even the beginning of Why R U. It is a show where you have to tune of you mind and just enjoy. I do understand points of criticism like a lack of jokes in the comedy side of thing and an overabundance of slapstick’s comedy and if you are not the kind of person that enjoys these elements on shows it better to drop it, cause complain ignore is all you will find yourself doing for the next 8 weeks cause i don’t think the tone of the show is gonna change. I did not really watch Bed Friends or read the novel, so to me Jade does not seem to over the top, there are shows with characters that are way more unbearable than he is. I only found myself cringing a little at about 4 scenes and for a 48 min episode thats not a lot of scenes.
