really good start, as expected from a TBS Sunday 9. a series about people working behind the scenes is always interesting. looking forward to see more of Shinmachi and Fukazawa duo. both Ayano and Yoshine's acting are pretty convincing. other actors also nailed their role, and kudos to Masuda for his funny expression!
Maybe because I watched this for Yoshine? lolSanada's behaviour was sometimes confusing, but it was understandable…
Tricky, wasn't she? ðŸ¤
In the beginning of episode 5, when she apologised for her previous behaviour, she said "That time, I wanted to eat good food", implying she didn’t reciprocate Sudo's move. Then second time, was when she played dumb (her expression was saying "I don't hear anything") during their dinner. The third time was straight and clear, implying she knew Sudo's intention.
Wow, thank you with this. You made an awesome review with Izumi's behavior since I find it unattractive.😀

Sanada's behaviour was sometimes confusing, but it was understandable since the story was told from Maruya's perspective. As Yoshine said, she was more observant and had many things inside her head. The easiest way to see her character was when she rejected Sudo thrice (yes, thrice). Coward, but also observant and clear.
Final thoughts. I like how the ending tied up the loose ends and gave us somewhat of a good ending with a sweet…
I do like Sanada's choice to pursue career as a researcher instead of staying in sales department. She didn't want to be there, and there's no chance for her to be back in product development, anyway. From Maruya, she learned that someone can make their own place. As she wanted to make her own place to belong, staying together with Maruya negates it since Maruya already created one for her. Rather than closing the story with "we got together", I think this series wanted to convey their love as, "whatever happens in the future, we will fall in love with each other just the same".
watched two episodes. I don't know anything about Yamada, but in my opinion, he's a great actor. Yamada is cute and expressive, he fits Kosuke perfectly. Also, even though Yoshine's role is a "robot woman", I could notice Izumi's mood changes in her eyes and her intonation (like when Izumi got a phone call from Sudou). Both are great actors.
very light-hearted story (it's a 30 minutes late-night drama, after all). rather cliche, but I think it's fine since the concept of Oshidora is a "light story that do not require much thinking" and also "Johnny's fanservice".
also, Izumi's smile... too bad Kosuke was sleeping so he didn't see it lmao.
