I rarely rewatch things, but I've just finished this drama and already wanna rewatch it.
Yes, I can so relate to your comment. I felt the same and have rewatched it already. Adored it way more the second time around. I was able to pick on sweeter and finer moments between the leads that I couldn't comprehend during the misunderstanding phase of our amazing leads.
Woah never did I realize what your age is. I was wondering how can they cast Tor as a widower. You have a face that forever can come in high school era shows. Take it as a compliment, you cool dude!!
Yaya × Tor is the best thing that happened this year. 💖 This is top lakorn for me! Well executed. I love this…
To me it was much better the second time around and now I am on my third. I simply skipped all the mom's scenes and my brain did wonders after that. I could follow the flow, pay attention to Wichai's subtle moments, his unwavering admiration for Anong, Anong's character development and so much more.
I was completely unprepared for what this drama did to me. This drama was my one in a hundred. It was art. A masterclass…
I'm going bonkers as well. What did I just watch!! So peaceful so surreal, (umm minus the mom) I agree with what you've expressed. This became an unexpected favorite for me too. Wow, simply amazed at so many finer points
Can I give them an extra rating for looking cool and gorgeous even with the stinking hot weather? There is no way…
I have visited Thailand recently and so can relate to your comment. Yes the created aura is magical as if cool breeze is everywhere. Ofcourse its the beauty of the well crafted background scenes with extremely gorgeous foreground of Yaya and Tor that proved to be sheer magic. Totally agreeing with your comment:)
I just can't get past the mother. She deserves no forgiveness. Everyone acts like they forgot the years of mental…
:( i feel sad that you can't get to enjoy it. I'm not saying that u r wrong in feeling angst. I just wish that u could erase the weird mom's character from your playlist. I too came back to it after going on a break. Lack of good subtitles didn't help me much either. The show is based in 1940s. Ppl back then never addressed issues directly. First 10 episodes made me angry as with all the love, admiration and care Wichai had for Anong, he never allowed himself to be at par with her. Instead he forced himself in every situation that Anong must be thinking about another guy. Anong's unwavering trust in his personality gave him a chance to be the man he was meant to be. To me it was incredible as not once did I miss cellphones/texting or realized the lack of modern day technology. There are so many aspects of this show that have swept me off my feet. On a side note this show reminded me of jane Austin's novels. Such subtle moments but when you reread them or rewatch them, u get to enjoy their beauty. When it was their fake wedding arranged by the villagers, Wichai was so reluctant to carry on with the ceremony till one of the villagers told him that the grooms shawl was hand woven by Anong. After that he never put a stop to any of the wedding festivities. Ok, me telling myself to stop rambling now. Sowee me going on and on
I plan to watch this drama. Kindly give me some spoilers regarding:1. When are the main couple officially together?2.…
No misunderstandings , just a perfect show. Watch it when you are ready to give it all your time. It's written in Jane Austin style. Imagine if one skips all the boring scenes and then try to make sense out of the play. It wont work. I made that mistake the first time. Second time I only skipped the evil mom and watched every thing else, the character development will blow your mind, even for the smallest side characters. Hope u enjoy it as much as I did or even more.

The lakorn world generally have an ample supply of impenitent characters. To me this was refreshing, based in 1940s with women empowerment, men that didn't get jealous of women shining in all walks of life, quite a few faithful and sweet characters with only one major evil character. I think if possible, give it a second chance. I adored it way more the second time around. I chose to skip all mom's scenes. No point in watching her as she was evil in essence, mean with her kids, their spouses, neighbors and who soever crossed her path. I wouldn't want to waste my time on her instead I enjoyed the amazing , ethereal chemistry between the leads. How Wichai kept Anong on such a high pedestal that he never once dared to pair himself with her. How Anong's spirits lift his morale and he learned to stand on his feet again. Aah what a beautiful creation.
This is a piece of art! I have already rewatched it twice. The first watch was not that impressive as I was watching it with my regular lense, forwarding every slow boring scene. When i gave the show a second chance I learned the beauty of it. It is a masterpiece and can only be enjoyed if you are ready to hear all the dialogues and see the character development of not just our awesome leads but so many of the side characters. The writing is incredible. Small plot lines like where Wichai asked Anong to collect compliments given from ppl's hearts and then they can marry, even with all the admiration Wichai had for Anong, giving Anong full decision power to accept him or reject him .... etc etc makes this show a classic to be cherished forever . I live in States, wish they had a meet and greet with cast and crew. Would love to give them endless comments. I must admit, Wichai's mom is one character who was too pathetic and her scenes had to be skipped.
Have a ? o ,did Wichai ever confirm or deny feelings for Chantorn? I thought when they were talking in the last…
He was never into Chantorn. Chantorn's brother was Wichai's brother in law and on his death bed, he asked Wichai to look after Chantorn. Wichai was always in love with Anong but never felt he was worth it.
Tor so happy to see you shine in My Cherie Amour! Fell in love with u in Hua jai Silla and MCA is equally convincing of your performance. Wishing you all the best! May you and Yaya win the best couple award of the year
Tor, can't wait to see you with Yaya. You were beyond belief amazing in Hua Jai Silla. Hope your new show with…
Just an update, I was waiting for you to work with Yaya and oh man, you two are just amazing together on-screen. Thanks for this brilliant work of yours

My Cherie Amour. You looked dazzling in every scene with Tor!
I must admit, Wichai's mom is one character who was too pathetic and her scenes had to be skipped.
