It's good. Not like a super big hit, but it did well. Especially considering that TVN basically did no promo for this. Jinyoung's "The Witch" recently aired on Channel A, and even though it's a much smaller channel, they did an actual promotion for it.
For Our Unwritten Seoul there was only one variety YouTube show and nothing else.

This show never ceases to amaze me...

Even one of the most clichéd things in K-dramas – the last-minute breakup – is done beautifully and you can properly understand and respect the characters' feelings. Hosu's hearing problem is not simply used as a narrative obstacle for him to break up with Miji, but instead is there to heal him, his mother, and Miji. It's about them all finally realising that they need each other to overcome dark times.

And speaking of Hosu and his mother, that scene where they finally talk it out was just amazing.
