Yes, regarding that, the plot surely has some flaws, but nevertheless I enjoyed it watching, I was sucked into the story. And compared to other Chinese drama, this one was indeed of better quality.

I also thought about the fact that MeiBao could have told the story to the author as it was her own when actually she was telling the story of her brother. This part was kinda confusing. It would have been simple to expose the step-father as a child abuser, but MeiBao was suffering from Stockholm Syndrome and the brother wanted to leave everything in the past, or at least this is what I thought.

I see, thank you for your reply. I think I was confused by it because during that animated story when she was sexually assaulted, we could see a fragment of the girl in that white dress. Also, I don't remember which episode it was, I think during the brother practicing the piano arc, we actually see a girl in the white dress and a boy in the room. Anyway, that man was obsessed with the boy, I believe he assaulted the brother too.
It was a great drama. I really loved the pace of it, the plot twists, the acting and the closing ost. In short, I liked everything lmao. I was just confused by one thing: during the animated part, it has been clear that the one assaulted by the stepfather is Mei Bao, afterwards it is hinted (because of the age) that the girl in the dress is not her but her brother, and by the end it seems that it is actually Mei Bao who was assaulted. Is that a plot hole or did I interpreted something wrong?
SO dissapointed in the ending. How could they do this to Junghwan? Was he just a cameo all along? Then why did…
moreover if this drama was about family and friendship, why in the end they lost contact??? (i assume they do lost contact since we don't see them in the future)

i think that DS knew that his confession was real.. But why have they made JH character so pitiful?? i can't get over it.. At least they could do a proper closure for all the characters... and most importantly why if it is an interview with T and DS the story is all about JH!!! it doesn't make sense :/

i have only followed the live recaps... they showed nothing... nor JH or DR.. i have suffered along with JH for how many episodes? and they have nullified his character...
what is this? I didn't watch the final episode, i have only followed the live recaps.. so we don't have a proper closure for JH and DR and JJ.. We will never know why they were interviewed..
What a mess! Honestly, I don't even care how the last ep will turn out. The writer & PD made a fool out of their…
JH did a lot of things, he pursued his hyung's dreams, he has done everything for his family and in the end i doesn't get the girl?? Come on, Taek hasn't done anything, he only slept and eat medicines, he get a new family, he is rich, smart and now he takes even the girl???
